This time of year has been a strange one for me. To distract myself from the vagaries of the waking world, I embarked on a lifechanging journey; I have spent hours of my day watching videos of an evil looking gay man in the throes of substance fuelled delusional paranoia, sending death threats and dick pics to his family and friends, while ranting – sometimes for hours on end – about foreskins, veganism, elbows, and ASMR. Please join me on this romantic adventure.

Part I: The Tip of the Iceberg
Let me allow Kyle to introduce himself, as best as he’s able.
In this short video, Kyle lays down his thesis, and expresses everything about him that I find compelling. It’s only 2 minutes long, but it feels unquantifiably longer: it feels like a head wound.
It’s got it all: manic editing and stylistic choices, creepy “ASMR” whispering, unhinged rage at his parents, humour both deliberate and unintentional, and a heroic dose of homosexuality. More importantly, in this video, Kyle tells us his mission in life – his raison d'etre – he wishes to sue his “worse than pedophile” parents for circumcising him as a baby, and then use the proceeds to invest in a foreskin regrowth company named ‘Foregen’, so he can get his “penis [and] orgasms back” and whack off “like an uncut mothafucka’ [moaning]”. Also, while not mentioned in this specific video, he also wants to bring the “mass pedophile” Doctor who “tricked” his parents into circumcising him to justice as well. He constantly berates his father for doing nothing to put his nemesis in jail.

Kyle Elias Perez is a gay man, aged 30 (DOB: July 16, 1993), living in St. Petersburg, FL. He is better known online as Foreskin Police, or one of half a dozen other pseudonyms involving the word ‘foreskin’. As you have no doubt noticed, he has quite the preoccupation with prepuce – Foreskins and Circumcision are his own personal Sonichu.
He is also a raging alcoholic and displays clear symptoms of mental illness – maybe Schizophrenia amongst others? But... we’ll get to that later. He struggles with addiction, and often films himself harassing his parents over the phone often while absolutely cunted on booze or pills or what-the-fuck-ever.
From the video above, given how it has been edited and how he makes strange jokes, it’s very easy to assume that Kyle is playing a character, or hamming it up for the camera. No. Not in the slightest. This boy is the real thing.
Case in point: this video, where he rants about how him being circumcised as a kid is the only valid reason to be depressed – he goes on to verbally abuse someone else for being fat (lol based) and whines about how his parents ‘got rich’ from circumcising him. Over the next couple sections, I’ll go into the particularities of his obsessions, his mental health woes, his violent relationships with his family (including weird incestuous threats regarding his sister and father), his rocky former relationship, and his criminal record which is so retarded, I had to lie down after I read it. But first, let’s rewind a little.

Something must have gone seriously wrong in this boy’s life, but it is hard to pinpoint exactly when and where. What I know about Kyle’s life before he became Foreskin Police is pieced together from various sources and inferences, but the bulk of it comes from his bio on his LinkedIn (a).
tl;dr: he was in City University of New York Hunter College from 2011-2015. He studied biochem (or so he claims), and hoped to get into stem cell research. He didn’t graduate. It was also around the time that he joined college that he became associated with the foreskin advocacy group (lol) named Blood Stained Men, whom we will revisit later. It is very weird how Kyle mentions foreskin even in his fucking Linkedin bio, but he’s really unable to ever not mention it. In fact, this goes so far that Kyle made another Linkedin Account literally named Foreskin Police (a)
Anyway.. Given his initial interest in stemcell work, and his current obsession with Foreskin regrowth research (Foregen), I believe his obsession with foreskin began in college either in 2011 or ’12 (so when he was around the ages of 18-20). In 2014, he would make happygay8240, his first YouTube account that I know of, but he wouldn’t upload anything on it until much later.

He was arrested for driving while drunk. He pleaded no contest, and had his licence suspended for six months. He also received 50 hours of mandatory community work. This DUI would not be the last time he was arrested. It would also not be the last time his alcoholism reared its head.

Finally, in August of 2020 he discovered his true passion in life: he made his Foreskin Police YouTube account, and his first Youtube video would be posted on August 18, 2020. This video details a failed hookup with some man. It went wrong because the guy suggested Kyle leave his ‘$900 e-bike on the porch’, (remember this bike for later) which made Kyle incredibly angry. He thought that was gonna marry this dude, but this made it clear that the two of them were not compatible, because “I can’t deal with insanity, I can’t deal with insanity like that, that’s fucking insane, that’s the same type of insanity that fucking leads to insanity like circum-fucking-cision, I cannot tolerate that kind of insanity.”
And from thence on, the first seal was opened, and Kyle became the man we now today, his downward spiral set now firmly in motion. In the coming years this channel would be the echo chamber where he would spout his strange philosophy and increasingly radicalise himself into being some kind of strange cirumcisional solipsist. Things are now in motion for Kyle to become the first martyr against mutilation; 2 years after the creation of this account, Kyle will have worked himself up into such a foreskin-frenzy, that it would lead to the strangest arrest in the Sunshine City’s history.
But his arrest had a lot of buildup. 2 years’ worth of rage against the uncut world, in fact. Let’s get into that.
Part III: Cutting All Ties

Soon after making his Youtube account, Kyle started making videos directed at his parents and his ex-boyfriend, Joseph. Kyle’s disastrous relationships with both his parents and his ex continues to be one of the main driving factors behind his deranged behaviour to this day.
Kyle’s dad – God bless him – really tries to be there for him, but Kyle is such an absolute cunt that even in his moments of lucidity he goes out of the way to antagonise his dad to such an extreme degree that his father starts insulting him back: every conversation between the two devolves into screaming, name calling, and death threats all because Kyle is mad that his parents had him circumcised as a kid.
While one of his videos, wherein his dad goes from compassionate to calling him a cocksucker in the span of 5 minutes has been privated, I have lovingly recreated the thumbnail for your viewing pleasure.
This video was notable because it marked one of the first instances I saw wherein he displays open hostility to his sister Savannah. In this video, he threatens (very subtly) that he ought to ‘mutilate her pussy lips’, a theme which he would revisit again and again.
In addition to constant threats of sexual violence against his sister, Kyle also fantasizes about sexual violence against his own mother, such as in this video where he tells her to “shove a knife up your cunt” and that she ‘deserves to have her pussy lips shredded in the grinder [while he tells her he loves her]’. He also alleges that she doesn’t care about his trauma, because she is too busy having ‘mind blowing orgasms’ (which he is denied because he is circumcised)
But by far, the most obscene of Kyle’s behaviour is reserved for his father; I already alluded to it before, but in addition to constantly sending him death threats, Kyle also sends him pictures of his own penis as a form of psychological warfare – his dad got him circumcised so Kyle makes sure never to let him forget it. Let me reiterate: he sends pictures of his own penis – flaccid and erect – to his own fucking father.

The video above is honestly depressing; his father makes several genuine attempts to reach out to Kyle, and to be there for him, to be his friend. Kyle exhibits such erratic behaviour it is honestly shocking – one moment being friendly with his dad, and the next moment being violent and sexually depraved. It’s genuinely saddening seeing his dad send him smiling selfies only to be met with slurs and pictures of his own son’s penis. This is just a man who wants to be part of his son’s life, but his son really is evil. The quote at the beginning of this section comes from Kyle’s dad in the deleted video mentioned earlier. And it really is true.

Despite his behaviour to the contrary, Kyle was not molested as a child; as far as I can tell he didn’t even have a traumatic upbringing. Literally his only problem is that he got a circumcision, and he treats this as if it has made him the most oppressed man in the world. But even though he goes out of his way to antagonise his family members in a way that only people like Nick Bate have been able to surpass, Kyle is still given much support by them – his dad sends him money from time to time, and so does his mom. His mom’s husband (I think his parents are divorced but it is unclear – maybe whenever Kyle mentions his ‘mom’s husband’ he means his dad, or maybe he means another man..?) pays Kyle’s phone bills, too.

However! As it turns out, this threat from his dad was not just empty words, because as Kyle reveals, his father has tried before, and Kyle only narrowly escaped being hauled off to the Floridian loony bin, a fate which would have been far more merciful for everyone involved..
Given Kyle’s insane daddy issues, it should come as no surprise that he is not exactly a stellar boyfriend, either. From one extreme to another, let’s now look at Kyle’s tumultuous relationship with Joseph, his former boyfriend, roommate, and punching bag.

So, when you consider the fact that he already has a DUI, and that he is always fucking about on his phone while riding his bike, it’s not surprising that in in March 2022 (I think. Not sure of date actually) he crashed his bike and broke his arm. The crash fucked his left arm up pretty bad, and it resulted in him temporarily losing a lot of mobility in that arm. This deeply affected him psychologically, and caused him to suffer from terrible self-image issues, as he now saw himself as basically a cripple.

Joseph had apparently previously suggested Kyle get a surgery, which Kyle refused to do; he was enraged that this would even be suggested, and insisted on wanting only a ‘natural’ cure, or ‘Chinese medicine’ or something. After the bike crash, his self-image issues stemming from the arm injury led to Kyle’s personality in videos getting noticeably nastier and more violent.
I don’t really know what happened, because I was not there, but I assume that the crash led to Kyle feeling even more resentment to the world, and this led to him taking it out more and more against Joseph, who had the unfortunate fate of being the person closest to Kyle. When Joseph presumably told him to fuck off, Kyle beat the shit out of him. When the cops came, he tried to hide in an alleyway, but was quickly arrested for domestic battery – interestingly, the report states that there are “No indications of Mental Health Issues”. I guess the arresting officer who found Kyle cowering behind a car at 5am on a Wednesday, rambling incoherently about foreskins thought to himself “wow what a normal guy.” God bless America.

So, from this I can only infer that after beating the fuck out of his 40-year-old-man ex-boyfriend, the aforementioned ex, and the mysterious 3rd housemate proceeded to kick Kyle out the fucking house, and forcing him to fend for himself; homeless on the street.
I am seriously mad at myself for not archiving the homeless saga videos, because they were hilarious; they involved Kyle getting incredibly mad at some female neighbour of his for being loud, him yelling at his dad for not sending him money and paying for his bills, and him getting more and more enraged at the world. The fact that he never even mentioned the fact that he was homeless, and instead continued to act like his circumcision was his biggest and most immediate problem was immensely funny to me. I guess, in a way, it was his biggest problem; his circumcision after all is what led to his homelessness.

I am seriously mad at myself for not archiving the homeless saga videos, because they were hilarious; they involved Kyle getting incredibly mad at some female neighbour of his for being loud, him yelling at his dad for not sending him money and paying for his bills, and him getting more and more enraged at the world. The fact that he never even mentioned the fact that he was homeless, and instead continued to act like his circumcision was his biggest and most immediate problem was immensely funny to me. I guess, in a way, it was his biggest problem; his circumcision after all is what led to his homelessness.

I would guess that he might be staying at his mum’s place, because his dad does not live in Florida (as shown through the dad texts videos) and also, because in a now deleted video, Kyle mentions wanting to keep his exact place of work a secret so that his father cannot find him and interfere with his life anymore.
Kyle fucking hates his job, because it requires him to interact with customers on the regular, and Kyle is a grade fucking A misanthrope. I don’t blame him for hating his job honestly, but anyway this job led to him declaring, amongst other things, that ‘all Americans are retarded’, among other things. Gotta once again agree with Kyle, damn.
How long will he be able to maintain this occupation is anyone’s guess, as he has previously recorded videos of himself drinking before work (see: the header image at the top of this OP) and seemingly gets into confrontations with his customers on a frequent basis. Not too long and storied a career, you’d think.
Lastly, it is worth noting that, as pointed out by @Sprate Header there is a youtuber out there who recently made a video about Kyle (an archive of which is found in Sprate’s post), which led to Kyle’s increasing paranoia, and him deleting a lot of his fucking videos. So, sadly, the future milk generated by Kyle might be harder to find ☹
In this final section, I will document a few other random things about Kyle that did not really fit anywhere in this overall narrative, and I will also speculate a bit about what actually is wrong with him.
Part V: Deep Cuts
Kyle is one of the most seriously dysfunctional people I have ever come across, and I cannot help but wonder what the fuck is wrong with him. Clearly there is an actual mental problem, hence his dad trying to get him sectioned for his continuous mental health crisis, but what exactly it is, is unclear,
My best guess is schizophrenia comorbid with obsessive compulsive disorder; the OCD manifesting in the way he constantly has little rituals, like saying aloud his acronyms over and over again in his videos, his constant use of terms like ‘worse than paedophile parents’.

As for schizophrenia, I have a little bit of evidence: one, on his YouTube channel, he used to allow for people to see who he subscribed to. During this time, I noticed he was subscribed to this channel, which really stood out:

One more thing worth noting, which I never mentioned before, is his falling out with Bloodstained men. That’s the group of foreskin activists (“intactivists”) that Kyle mentions on his LinkedIn. The leader of this group according to the fucking FORESKIN WIKI is “Brother K”. Now, weird enough that some guy changed his name in the 80s to protest circumcision, but it seems that this guy is also Kyle’s Mary Lee Walsh; he used to be a major fan of Brother K, but naturally, Kyle’s antisocial personality got in the way of him and his guru, leading to Kyle declaring fatwa against his foreskin forefather

I’m not sure how to elegantly end this part, as it was just a few fragmentary things I noticed about Kyle, so for lack of a better segue, let me just conclude this whole post.
Kyle is a self-centred narcissist. He is violent and sexually abusive towards his own father. He thinks he is superior to all those around him, as you can see in that video of him and Joseph, and he is unable to exist in any capacity without bringing up his insane obsession with circumcision. His linkedin, his basic human interactions, his playlists, everything about his life revolves around foreskin and circumcision. If he had not been circumcised as a kid, he would be no different, he would only be obsessed with something else. Male pattern baldness? His big nose? Who knows. But no matter which way you cut it, this boy is grade A fucking insane. I don’t even know if you can call him a cautionary tale, because it is highly unlikely anyone else would even be born as insane as this guy to be in danger of walking the same path as him.
It’s really a shame, because deep down – below whatever it is that is plaguing him – Kyle is a really smart guy. He is fluent in a couple languages, and he is remarkably eloquent at times, I think he must have been a very bright guy before his mind started to give way. Maybe he actually was studying a degree as advanced as biochemistry, once upon a time. Every so often you get the feeling that Kyle – despite being a raging lunatic – is smarter than the people he has to begrudgingly interact with, even though they all think he's a violent schizo. It’s quite the interesting dynamic.
I hope you have enjoyed reading this biography of a crazy person on the internet. I am not sure what compelled me to sink so many hours into stalking one guy, but I found it a strangely rewarding experience. I am also now aware that I, too, am probably a crazy person on the internet, cuz spending all this time and effort trying to put together the pieces of some guy’s life story from the other end of the globe is, well, it's a bit weird. Wow the internet is a scary place.

The future is not too great, for the most oppressed man in America.
