I know this is current day internet but who the fuck looks at a character like Marine and think: "You know what would make her hotter? Turning her into a Minion!" It doesn't make any fucking sense.

Personally I don't think there's any politisperging in these images. If you're talking about the Pokeball, it's probably some somewhat obscure Pokeball variant. Still, politisperging in fetish art is utter lunacy.

Bit of a necro, but has there been anything new over the past few months with the Furry TF fetish community? There's been a few updates with Changed, and some more increasingly-fucked shit has been added (I'll post them below) but has there been anything else? Things have been a bit quiet, it seems.
So, at the risk of being autistic as all hell: there's been a few updates to the Special Edition version of Changed over the past year or so. As expected for a grooming game drawn in MS Paint and designed to fuck with children, there's plenty of new "transfurs" that can get increasingly fucked as the game goes on, as well as equally-fucked story implications. To elaborate, even though I reallydon't want to:
As expected, there's been a bunch of new "TF" scenes added into the game, with many of them getting pretty fucked. Some of the more notable ones are:
- There's a female hyena that de-ages, TGs, and "adopts" you, which Colin is apparently supposed to be okay with.
- There's several gargoyles that turn you into stone monsters, that allow you to keep your mind but at the cost of never being able to move under your own power ever again.
- Similarly, there's a Chimera monster that turns you into a snake and assimilates you, with you becoming the tail, thus, again, losing control of your own body forever.
- There's an insect-centaur-thing that outright rapes your character and assimilates you into it's body, basically shoving you up its ass to turn you into more latex.
- There's a latex fox that turns you into a pair of briefs... and wears them.
- A giant otter that tries to eat you. Naturally, it's an RNG boss fight that you're designed to lose. Multiple times.
...and many more, that I'm not even going to try to write out, because I don't hate myself enough to dig into the game more right now.
Bear in mind, the furries are pushing this game onto kids...
Furthermore, there's been a pair of monsters added into the game that pretty much show just how utterly fucked the fandom gets; "Tail", and the Wendigo.
The first, "Tail", is a sergal white latex monster (based directly on the main dev's fusona, in fact!) that you actually get to control in a flashback. It's revealed that it was another former-human-turned-latex-monster that the scientists accidently created during their research into the Pale Virus; they had to lock it up due to it being completely insane and violent. Unfortunately, during the day of the riots, it conveniently broke free and killed/transformed everyone in its path, being the monster that was responsible for everything going horribly wrong. The lore surrounding it confirms that basically the entire earth is covered in latex monsters, with the only surviving humans all being condemned to die in bunkers... unless, of course, they decide to give up on their humanity and submit to the furries.
Side note: It is shown that electricity, of all things, is apparently capable of permanently destroying the furry monsters... except during the entire sequence, "Tail" is able to just shrug off multiple Telsa gun shots from the various guards, who all had gear specifically designed to counter them. So, basically, the entire sequence is you getting to run around and murdering/transforming guards as they either futilely fight you, beg for their lives, or try to flee. Taking it further, you eventually break out, and start slaughtering civilians, mostly rioters, but also quite a few non-combatants as well.
So, that's a thing in the game now.
Also, there's another odd bit, in that the game repeatedly makes clear that the white monsters completely hate the black monsters, and vice-versa, and will go well out of their way to attack each other. And yet, "Tail" is shown going out of it's way to free and assist black monsters, despite being a white monster, with the black ones mindlessly working with it. Apparently, killing humans takes priority.
The second monster, the Wendigo, is notable for implying that the story of Changed is actually something of a Cosmic Horror situation. To elaborate; the Wendigo is implied to be an outright alien/supernatural monster that came from a different dimension, given its ability to use fucking magic in a sci-fi setting, as well as the ability to casually teleport and summon portals to other dimensions. Furthermore, there's a few notes and logs added into the game that reveal that the scientists apparently never created the monsters in the first place; apparently, the monsters just "appeared" one day, and that the scientists were ordered to start experimenting on them for some reason. It's also revealed that the black latex monsters were the original ones, while the white ones - which are all based off of furries and their fursonas, mind - were the ones created by the scientists.
Furthermore, despite the game trying to state that the latex monsters are trying to "help" humanity, it gets revealed that quite a few monsters - including the above two - actually explicitly view humanity as "beneath" them, and that all humans need to be killed/assimilated for "evolution" purposes - or at least, the black ones do. The white ones are all shown to be sadists who go out of their way to mess with/attack humans, apparently just for kicks.
It also reveals that the monsters are capable of casually surviving anything that mankind can realistically throw at them, up to and including the epicenter of nuclear explosions, and that mankind is pretty much 100% fucked no matter what.
There's also the character of Dr. K, the white wolf scientist that is harassing you throughout the entire game. The updates to the game... well, just read for yourself:
As established, he was one of the scientists that was experimenting on the monsters... despite the game's dates confirming that he would have been a child at the time. The updates reveal that both were true; he was a "child prodigy" scientist that was somehow super-intelligent and smarter than most adults, having been brought onto the latex monster project because he was "so good" at his job. When the riots broke out, K. was able to casually create a serum that supposedly allowed him to keep his mind during his transformation... despite K. himself repeatedly stating that it was completely impossible for someone to maintain control of their mind. So, that's a pretty noticeable plot hole, but I digress.
One thing I do want to point out, is that the game itself reveals that K. is still losing his mind, apparently due to isolation, but... well, he's pretty eager to completely mindbreak Colin's mind, and often goes out of his way to drop him into deathtraps despite apparently trying to "help humanity". The fact that he only brings up the option of turning Colin into a wolf monster at the very end - when both he and Puro are in a prime spot to kill K., mind - makes it come across as another plot hole; after all, if he wanted to really help, why didn't he just... talk to Colin and sort things out right at the start? On top of this, he goes off of plenty of rants about how humanity is "stupid", even at one point outright stating that he's "more human" than Colin is and stating that he (Colin) would be "happier" if they just gave up and surrendered to the latex...
The game does try to state that he's wanting to help humanity, apparently "despises" his wolf form, and tries to frame him as taking "desperate measures" to make sure mankind survives, but, well...
Also, it's a bit weird how every piece of date and story bit always ends up backing Dr. K. and his views; there's never any conflicting viewpoints or information, regardless of if it's a log from a fellow scientist or even some of the rioters on the outside - everything always aligns with what K. thinks, and the information that he tells the protagonist, "humanity being stupid" and all. Furthermore, he's apparently been talking to the final remaining members of the global elite in their bunkers, but the fact that we - as Colin - never get to talk to them ourselves, coupled with how furries often love to portray themselves as the global elite...
I dunno, probably just me being autistic as hell, but the whole thing comes across as just a wee bit odd.
There's going to be more updates to the game that'll likely "explain"/retcon/fuck everything over even more, so... stay tuned? I guess?
Anyways, what do you guys think? Anything that I might have missed? Anything thoughts?
I think this is the biggest problem I have with Changed. Like if it was clearly 18+ and was just honest about it being porn then whatever. It’s a porn game for adults, but because it falls into this stupid, well there is not actual parts and penetration being shown it is suddenly all ages.
TF stuff is pretty weird in general about that stuff though. Like I’ve always found that there’s a certain je ne sais quoi about what ends up feeling sexual and what doesn’t and it has nothing to do with if there are genitalia showing (although that helps) or not.
The issue with Changed is that despite the creator saying outright that he hates Roblox and wants nothing to do with the community, the pedophile furries ignore that shit and continue to groom more children into their depravity. It's not limited to Roblox, but it's a major factor in how Changed has become such an epidemic.

The sex stuff isn't even remotely subtle; there are TONs of scenes in game that are sexual in design and implication, and the game is fairly clear that the various furry monsters - assuming that Colin gets captured - are indeed going to be engaging in sex. Hell, I'm fairly certain Colin is shown getting penetrated by one of the more recent monsters; by a lizard if I remember correctly.
I've seen Pokémon games with higher age rankings than this; seriously, why and how does this game get such a free pass? The fact that Colin really does look like he's 15 or younger - and I'm actually fairly certain he legit was in an earlier version of the game - makes the whole thing even more fucked.
Avatar's from a movie called "All's Quiet on the Western Front"; pretty solid WW1 anti-war film. Also, mild grammar correction; it's "reflects," not "reflex". Sorry, just wanted to point that out.

Fairly certain the creator is a groomer themselves; given some of the shit in the game, it would genuinely surprise me if he wasn't.
That being said; as weird as it is to say, I really don't actually get why there's been so much attention around Changed in the furry community. I mean, there's not really anything that could be considered "new" or "unique" in it; every single one of it's plot points and general beats is actually a fairly common thing in the fandom's fiction - yes, it's extremely common for furries to somehow get advanced tech and magic to wipe out the "stupid, primitive, and inferior humans" for them, I don't get it either - so the story clearly isn't what they like. The "transfurs" aren't anything special, either; yes, there's certainly a sexual element to... well, all of them, but given how tame they are compared to some of the shit the fandom's made, you wouldn't expect that to be popular, either.
Also, much as I hate to ask; would anyone be interested in me posting a few bits abouts some TF stories/authors in the furry community? I know this group is more about mocking crappy artwork, but there's a few stories in the community, as well as a fanfic author, that I know of; they're pretty old at this point, but anyone interested regardless?

In all seriousness, just mixing up fear and excitement at seeing transformation content in media during formative times in their lives and then choosing to indulge in it more as they grow up. I mean rate me deviant if you want, but I'm pretty sure that's what happened to me on this subject.

I mean I've played the original version. I believe it came out before steam really let full adult games in so it always just skirted the line by not having full graphic penetration. It's part of why I find the game insidious in its nature. It skirts just below the line of what's inacceptable and considered to be a truly adult experience (though it sounds like the new version pushes that even more). My friend couldn't believe me when I told him that people would play it on Twitch because in his own words, it was just a porn game. Which anyone with half a brain-cell can see.
Also, it just doesn't have an age rating at all because it's an indie game that wasn't released outside of PC. Really only retail shelves and console storefronts force you to actually get your game rated.

Please do. Not every thread needs to be a complete mockery of a subject and it's nice to have some spotlights on quality here and there. Also, I'm a bit curious if I know anyone on your list.
Every time I read someone say this, my gut just tells me that he's outright fucking lying. Really he probably only says this because like Scream Aim Fire said, he's probably a fucking groomer himself and is in some deep shit himself... Allegedly.
The Roblox mods never do anything about these games despite being pretty obvious fetish material, like they do with a lot of other stuff on the platform. I think the only reason why they get away with it is because these games have some kind of combat system to fight the creatures so then they can just say that the game is about fighting or whatever and totally is not a game for furry pedophiles to go onto so they can roleplay with children.
Is there some word or name for content that is so obviously fetish content, but because it's not outwardly sexual or something similar people insist that it isn't a fetish?

That isn't outside the realm of possibility, the style just screams "shotacon", so it's possible that he's a little too far that rabbit hole.
Anyways I often consider the Deviantart sect of TF and the Changed community very separate in terms of TF. On one hand, you have mostly harmless autists with weird kinks, and the other are actually dangerous groomers who I wouldn't be surprised if they were into EPI. Both are lulzy in their own rights, but I wouldn't mind seeing a bit of both.

The body horror aspects of TF are one thing. I think the forced aspects make it double creepy.
The character rarely seem to be enjoying, wanting or even consenting to the whole ordeal. It looks like a painful, humiliating and horrifying experience. And let's not forget the identity death, dronification, intelligence reduction etc.
So at the end of the day a lot of this stuff is not about "tehehe, imma foxgirl now", but more like "somebody got mind raped so hard their personality died and became a "toy"".

That's basically what's going on in-game; Colin is getting captured, and his mind and sanity are getting destroyed so the furfags have a new plaything. It's incredibly fucked up; it's also not even remotely surprising, given how so many furfags regard having their autonomy completely destroyed as "sexy". Seriously, it's funny seeing furries screech at how "humanity is a bunch of evil bigots that hate something that they don't truly understand" in their settings... when in the vast majority of furfag stories, they're either quite literally demons hellbent on destroying reality and/or have no sense of self-preservation or morality. Kinda like the Skaven, except dumber and a Mary Sue race. But I digress.
@Drunken Fox; I don't have too much as of yet - there's only so much shit someone can take before they start losing their fucking mind - but there are a few things that I know of. Admittedly, these are all pretty old; I stopped really combing through furfag shit years ago, as I actually value my mental health, but I think we can all still get a quick laugh or two out of them. I'll see if I can really get all this posted; what with there being yet another DDOS going on, updates will be spotty at best.
Who's up for reviewing so rather old TF stories that the fandom's posted?
So, the first one I got is technically two stories,, both by a guy named Netarliargus (https://www.deviantart.com/netarliargus), first started back in 2011, with the most recent chapter being from 2019. The first is called "The Twin Fires", and it's basically taking the average dragon TF story, and following up on it. The second is called "The Silver Throne", and features, among other things, Queen Elizabeth turning into a dragon.
Yes, THAT Queen Elizabeth. Trust me, this shit gets absolutely retarded.
To begin:
We get a brief poem/prophecy thing before the chapter actually starts:
Asleep amidst their contenders
Awoken trough the blood
The twin fires shall set the path alight.
One Yin, one Yang
Destiny torn in two
When the two come together,
Truth shall be revealed
And the great design will unfold
-The Prophecy of Huizhong-Chen
(Yes, the misspelling of "through" on that second line was in the original script)
The Twin Fires kicks off in Belgium, of all locations (though that's apparently supposed to be where the author is from, so...?), featuring our first "protagonist", Thomas: a depressed 17-year-old teenager who... ... hates school, has abusive parents, hates his current life for being "so boring", etc. One day in October, while returning home late from school during a rainstorm, he basically zones out, ends up taking a wrong turn and gets lost in the forest, only to suddenly wind up in a mysterious clearing. Moving to leave, the ground suddenly gives away, and he promptly ends up falling several yards onto a solid stone floor, and landing flat on his back. Ignoring how that probably should have resulted in some form of injury, Thomas pushes himself back up after a moment, then starts whining about his coat, which somehow got completely shredded in the fall.
Bear in mind; this is literally the first 2-3 paragraphs - and not even full paragraphs, mind, more like run-on sentences - of the first chapter.
At this point, Thomas realizes that he's now in some type of old temple, completely devoid of anything else except a stone altar, which has a vial. This vial is in the shape of a two-headed dragon... which promptly caused Thomas to briefly sperg about how he always loved/had a crush on dragons, how the others at school always bullied him for it, how it was his only escape from this "drab and colorless reality", etc. Taking a closer look at the vial, he realizes that it's filled with some kind of dark red liquid; initially assuming it's wine, upon sniffing it, he realizes that it's full of blood.
Naturally, at this point, he's suddenly "compelled" to take a deeper whiff, and then promptly drink the entire contents of the vial. Upon coming to his senses, he freaks out for a moment... and then, the gratuitously-and-borderline-fetishistically-detailed transformation begins. Which naturally takes up most of the chapter, and ends with the protagonist transforming into an "about 56 feet tall and spanning 240 feet in length from the end of his muzzle to the tip of his tail" red dragon with black stripes on his back. Thomas immediately - as in, literally that same paragraph - starts gushing about how great he is, and how he's now superior and more powerful than all of the humans in the world.
Really not a good sign when your protagonist starts talking like Homelander in the first fucking chapter...
Anyways, few more paragraphs happen, with Thomas deciding that he can't really go back to the way things were because he's a dragon, and he would likely be "hunted down by the government and experimented on". He also decides to change his name, after finding that he was having some difficulty speaking and pronouncing words; he changes it to "Tholaxxius", as it was the "closest he could get to Thomas".
After that, he decides that he wants to go "try something", and on that slightly ominous note, the chapter ends.
So, yeah, that's the first chapter of this story over and done with; I'll go ahead and post some brief summaries of the next four-five chapters, then I'll try and see where I should go from there.
Continuing from our last chapter, it turns out that the "something" our "protagonist" wanted to try was flying; so, after a few paragraphs of build-up, he gets a running start and starts flying, taking yet another moment to start talking about how he's "lord and master of all he beheld, those ground-dwellers couldn't possibly fathom it"; we get a bit more of our POV character flying, before he gets hungry. Naturally, he immediately spots a big red barn, and promptly tears it apart to start eating the cows inside. We get treated to two more pieces of text, first of the protagonists tear the roof off the barn and scaring the crap out of the cows, the second a lovely description of our "protagonist" killing said terrified bovines - about how "weak" the cows were compared to him - and eating raw cow meat.
Also... just read this:
"It didn't even occur to Tholaxxius that he was stealing those cows, after all, if those weak lesser creatures could not defend what they had, they didn't deserve to keep it he reasoned, no doubt they would call it lawless and criminal, but those unenlightened lesser beings fail to realize that he made the laws now, no more need to play it by their rules."
Moving on...
The scene immediately cuts to a pair of police officers, "Jon and Joe, the twin brothers who were also nicknamed 'the two oafs of the police office'", driving their patrol vehicle to said farm; turns out, the owner of said farm promptly reported that there was a monster killing his cattle, and the department sent these two guys to check it out. After some banter between the two - mostly just talking about how they're always given the bad assignments, how much they hate their jobs, etc., the two arrive... and notice the big fucking dragon in the barn.
Naturally, it results in a stand-off; the two officers panic, with one of them attempting to intimidate/arrest the dragon. Naturally, Thomas - I'm not calling him his special dragon name, fuck that - promptly taunt the two, stating they can't hurt him because he's too big and powerful - oddly enough, despite apparently having issues with speaking earlier, Thomas never has any issues with talking ever again - then decides to take their car and crush it; the two cops get out just in time to avoid being killed. The dragon then leaves, leaving the two cops to call it in.
Chapter 3 starts with Martha, Thomas's mother, cleaning dishes in the sink, and worrying about the whereabouts of her kid; this chapter apparently takes place in the same night... I think, it's really not clear. Anyways, Thomas's mother expresses concern for her kid, while the father - George - is shown drunk, complaining about a lack of salted peanuts while watching a football game. Thomas - still a dragon - finally shows back up at the house, and his parents are understandably shocked at seeing their son as a dragon. Thomas explains the situation - stating that he drank something that transformed him, though stating that it was an "accident" - and his mother immediately wants to help try and find a way to make him human again, while the father... basically just acted like a stereotypical drunk.
Naturally, Thomas immediately starts bitching about how he doesn't want to become human again, and how he's now so much better, and how it's what he's always wanted. His parents try to argue, but Thomas "remembers" the abuse his father said to him - i.e., states that his father always hated him, told him he was worthless, though said father is not actually shown being abusive - and snaps back, stating that this is the life he chose for himself, how he's so much better than everything else, and that his parents should just shut up and accept it. George promptly gets fed up, snaps back that Thomas is no longer his son, and leaves; Martha "reluctantly" follows his lead, and locks Thomas out of the house.
Surprisingly, Thomas doesn't immediately set the building on fire and start screeching how stupid humans are; instead, after shedding a single tear - for some reason, probably the closest he gets to having any humanity in this story in the slightest - he decides that he's going to take his frustration out on someone that "truly deserves it". End chapter.
Chapter 4 starts with a narration of Thomas's schoolyard bully: 19-year-old Bobby, who... look, I'm just going to copy and paste the original description of the guy, here:
19-year old Bobby just came home from another lousy day at school, luckly between skipping classes he had plenty of time to pick up girls and make fun of the nerds that stalked the hallway and flush school projects down the toilet before their eyes.
Bobby was a celebirty at school, with his unparalleled sense of fashion and a hairdo that required two tubes of gel, he was allways in the centre of attention, everyone knew it and everyone saw it but when it came to brains he found himself at the shallow end of the gene pool so he simply bullied some nerd to do his homework, especially that one scrawny kid, Thomas, such a good sport. Bobby's parents weren't at home so he had the place for himself, shoving a pizza in the oven and turning on some heavy metal music, putting the volume to the maximum while preforming some air guitar riffs.
So, stereotypical "jock/bully" character; it's fairly obvious who Thomas is planning on attacking. And... yeah, that's basically all of what happens in the chapter; the whole thing has Thomas showing up at the guy's house, and spending the whole chapter scaring, beating, and otherwise torturing the guy, before finally ending it by cannibalizing the poor bastard alive while Bobby is screaming and pleading for mercy. The resulting bloodlust motivates Thomas, who "knows what to do..."
And... yeah, that's the whole chapter. Basically just torture porn and our POV character becoming more evil. Trust me, it only gets worse from here.
Chapter 5 has our character going on a rampage in Paris, killing God-knows-how-many people, apparently just for kicks. Meanwhile, mystical far eastern bullshit starts happening.
Nope, seriously; that's exactly what's going on in this chapter.
The entire chapter - well, most of it - is our character going on a rampage throughout the city of Paris, France; having decided that he wants more blood, our red dragon Thomas decides to completely fly off the slippery slope and just start killing people en-mass. So, for pretty much most of the chapter, it's just him going on a rampage, destroying valuable buildings - yes, the story does repeatedly point out how old and valuable some of the buildings are and how much Thomas enjoys destroying them because he's "better than humanity" - and killing civilians for kicks. There's a brief point where we get to follow a SWAT commander named Leon; surprisingly enough, the guy doesn't end up getting killed, but he does have to watch his entire squad get violently murdered in front of him while Thomas taunts him about it.
There's also a point where we get the dragon smashing up and looting the Louvre museum, by breaking in and eating the various artifacts there. There's a brief forced comedy scene of an elderly security guard thinking that Thomas is an oversized dog; again surprisingly, the old guy isn't killed or even confronted, with the dragon just focusing on stealing stuff and bailing.
Meanwhile, we also get a scene with the French President and his agent, who confirm that the city is evacuating, the French don't have the necessary firepower to properly fight the dragon - meaning that Thomas is basically invincible to them - and that they have no real choice but to evacuate. During said evacuation, Thomas suddenly shows up, and rather than immediately killing everyone in the area, starts talking.
Thomas starts up his usual talk about how, as a former human, he's seen that all humans were weak and worthless, and how he's now better than everything - apparently, he showed up just to taunt them. However, the president suddenly shut the dragon down; he basically says that all he sees is a massive coward and bully, going around and generally throwing a misanthropic temper tantrum because Thomas was bullied previously, and then lashing out because the dragon is just that pathetic. Completely rattled and pissed off at this, Thomas doesn't even try to talk back or fight, instead flying off to go sulk somewhere.
Meanwhile, over in some far eastern monastery, we get a cryptic scene with a monk's religious order about how a dragon has showed up, how the "prophecy has started", and how the world is about to change. End chapter.
From here, I'm going to take a small break on this story; partially because I'm having difficulties really stomaching this shit. I'm having to actually re-read this thing, because I remember a bunch of scenes being different; i.e., Thomas was originally around 12 years old or so, he originally knew what the dragon blood was outright, he originally just barbequed both of his parents, the Paris rampage occurred a chapter or so later, etc. The main story is still the same, but I'm having to re-read this bullshit to see what's different to give an accurate report. I will be posting the rest of this story eventually, but... well, I don't hate myself that much to try and do this in one go.
I will confirm a few things; one, the author did ultimately admit that Thomas was a villain character, and started promising that he would be getting some comeuppance in a later chapter - spoiler alert: he does not, and the entire story got increasingly shitty to cater to the fucker. Another thing of note is that the dragons were apparently taken from D&D; Thomas is referred to as a "Chromatic Red Dragon" in chapter 5, a blue dragon and gold dragoness show up later, and Queen Elizabeth turns into a silver dragon if I remember correctly.
Man, this shit makes you type some weird fucking sentences...
But yeah, the different dragons were all taken from D&D according to the author, with the corresponding moralities and elements and such to match.
Anyways, with that temporarily handled, let me tell you guys about the other author that I mentioned. He actually got brought up a few times on this site by one of the previous commenters in this thread, but no one ever really posted any information about him; ShadowLugia249.
https://www.furaffinity.net/user/slxd/ (His current account; he left his old one behind for some reason, though he isn't exactly posting anything on this one, just favoriting a bunch of crap.)
For those that don't know about this guy; he's pretty much a nobody in the furfag fandom these days, but back in 2007-2011 or so, he was a very popular writer in the community, posting a ton of different TF stories. Most of his fics were about his Mary Sue OC "Skyle Kelvin" - or a very thinly-veiled expy of him - somehow entering a relationship with either a Lugia from Pokémon or Flammie from the Mana games, though other characters do show up from time to time, such as Krystal from Star Fox. Couple of caveats about these fics:
- First off: Most of the characters that he tends to use are either "balloonies" (living balloons) or living plushies. Keyword being "most", as a few stories do feature flesh-and-blood characters, as well as "Instant Glassics", which features a bunch of living glass statues that kidnap people off the streets and turn them into more statues explicitly against their will.
- Second off: 249's stories are notorious for (almost) ALWAYS being the same plotline; guy somehow obtains living balloon/plushie/costume, the toy eventually transforms the guys into a toy like itself, then they live happily ever after. Even TVTropes mocks the guy: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/StrictlyFormula. Granted, there are a few stories of his that do have other plots - the aforementioned "Instant Glassics", as well as one where a Shadow Lugia balloon obtains a magical orbital weapons platform and starts engaging in mass terrorism with it. Yes, it's just as dumb as it sounds.
- Third: "Skyle" is sometimes shown raising the living toy as a pet/child; to elaborate, the living toy often has a toddler's mentality, so the OC tends to raise it for a few days until it develops a full adult mind, and then the two enter a romantic/sexual relationship with each other.
- Fourth: The living toy characters are pretty much completely immortal; they can't be permanently killed, have access to ridiculously strong reality-warping magic, and functionally immortal and needless past a certain point, etc. This usually stems from them being created by a wizard named "Karmen Aridos", an old man that exclusively creates living dolls, costumes and balloons and sells them to clueless people, and who's apparently on really, really bad terms with the main wizarding community, mainly because his creations always go haywire and harm people in various, often lethal, ways.
- Fifth: His stories pretty much always have a ton of grammar errors; fairly certain the loon never even heard of a spell-checker. Also, tons of run-on sentences, nonsensical plots and characters, multiple characters just randomly being dropped from the plots at random, POV switches... seriously, it's like the guy went through a checklist of how to make a crappy story.
- Sixth: His stories are often set inside of a large "shared continuity" of sorts; a number of events that occurred in one story will often be referenced in another - even across fandoms, much to the issues of people on fanfiction.net - and it becomes somewhat mandatory to have to read every damn one just to get a vague idea of what the fuck is going on. Not to worry, though; the author helpfully regularly spoils the events of other fics in the story, often by randomly interjecting author comments directly in the text!
- Lastly: This guy's stuff was popular to the point where other authors began writing fanfics taking place in this guy's verse; having them getting their own magic costumes and meeting Aridos and such. Granted, I can't find any of them currently; a lot of old fics from back then have gotten deleted, much to the grief of... well, hopefully nobody.
There's other shit that I'm forgetting right now, but fuck it; that's all I can remember right now.
So, yeah, the guy's got plenty of fucked-up stories, no real shock there. There's a partial review of one of his stories here: https://badficfiles.blogspot.com/search?q=shadowlugia249. Sadly, there's not much else to say on this guy; fucked up author, but aside from creating crappy stories on the internet, there's not much to say. I am planning on doing a review on one of his stories, alongside the rest of The Twin Fires, once things settle down on my end; not sure which 249 story to mock yet, there's so much shit.
