Agree, that's been a question for a while.

My suspicion is that it's about branding and market crossover.

People might show up initially for gaming content, but then they see the tits and wind up getting drawn in by that instead.

Also if the children and coomers are on Twitch, then everyone can pretend like what they're doing isn't straight up porn/cam whoring. Those people can also give money to thots and it'll show up on statements as going to Twitch instead of to an obvious porn site.

Basically I think Twitch really, really wants to maintain the image (for both users and advertisers) of a PG-13 gaming site, but with the hedonistic draw of a cam whoring site.
