Nice thought but even with absolutely conclusive proof, DDoS against us will NEVER EVER be prosecuted because these laws against DDoS do not exist to protect actual human beings. They are solely for the protection of corporations.

NO federal prosecutor will ever go to bat for us. Just give up that foolish notion. It isn't happening. Ever. Even if you have Dong Gone on national television announcing he loves committing felonies and cackling insanely about how raping people is his favorite activity.

They're supposed to help any company, but large corporations are the only ones with the money to do anything about it. It would be better to shut down websites that offer such things including the ones that disguise their attacks as "Stress testing websites" but currently no government has. If they ever do touch them it's probably just to set it up as a future honey pot.
