She talks about being forced to take medications and how her health is so poorly because of the "jewish cult" (or whatever she calls it now) meds she was on. I think there's a sliver of truth in there. I think that the meds were helping her but just like any mentally deranged person she believed that the meds were poison or whatever so she stopped taking them and since she stopped taking them she's continued to spiral out of control. In fact, most chronic conditions that are exasperated by mental health issues tend to go into remission when someone is medicated properly. But she refuses to help herself and continues to spiral. I think that could be in part why her parents are so hands off. They knew the meds were helping and with her refusing to take them, they keep her at a distance because they were likely the victims of her unpredictable behavior as a teenager. Every time she fabricates a story a little more of the truth comes out because BPD thots are famously bad liars and the real story is always between the lines.
I wonder if she's been swatted yet because if she pisses people off in her cabal of weirdos, I would genuinely think she would get Patrick levels of harassment but then again, Patrick is funny and grifts off of it while Elaine gets nothing and will continue to get nothing out of it
