PL (I guess), I use to help out at a con and use to see people like chibi harassing cosplay thots at it. It creepy and sad when you see people like him going to cons and starts to act creepy towards different attendees. did he get banned from the con? because that's usually the first thing you need to do or they'll keep acting like little creeps throughout the whole thing.

There is nobody on Earth who believes even for a second that Chibi thinks sending nudes is "weird" now. He's trying to make it look like he's better now but really it's just some minuscule amount of self preservation he has left that's telling him to not get caught again so quickly. I used to be in the same boat. Minor PLing too, but I used to work security for a local one and nearly a third of my time was spent asking morons to understand that when somebody wants to be left alone, it doesn't mean apologize and then continue following them around and trying to talk to them. Sadly, it takes more than that to get blacklisted from conventions. You really need to push hard and start getting physical most times.
