He's not clever and actually he's quite naive about a lot of things so you're right, it's probably easy to get one over on him. I'm sure that given time and a way to get his attention you then could get him to reveal certain things about himself or his past.

Think of it as a long con. You'd have to work him slowly, get his defenses down and choke the urge to call him a deviant. Or make a game of it. He's been harassing her, if anything he's been saying before was to have some truth. He doesn't believe women can say no to sex, he'll repeatedly pester them until they will comply.

Here's what I'm hoping. I want this to be true but only in the sense that the girl has finally come into her own and wants to nail his ass to the wall. So in order to catch him and gain some kind of leverage against him proceeds to bait him. Dropping little hints, making veiled references and admitting that she loved it when she was nine and he was sixteen and blah blah blah. In Jimbo's mind, she's got no reason to lie because he desperately wants her to forgive him and to say that he's not a monster which she's now done.
