Good news and bad news! Good news is I got records, bad news is the phone numbers above are unreliable. I requested these records through an online portal a week ago and they just came in today.

The rape kit and the police report do exist, but they don't match up with the timing Kai is claiming. It also shows she wasn't ghosted by police, they did an entire investigation including DNA testing Camdan. Very interesting stuff.

Her mom described her as "aggressive" and "manipulative" citing that she has accused family members in the past of sexual abuse
It also shows she wasn't a minor at the time of this incident
She lied about providing documentation of other instances of abuse within the "cult" and the other multiple rapes she claimed to have experienced, no evidence was provided to the detective
She lied about how she "had a bruise in the shape of his hand around my throat for a month”, she was checked by police and a nurse who only noted a small bruise on her upper arm with no evidence to support where it came from other than Kai claiming it was from being raped
She lied about there being photo evidence of Camdan at her home the time of the alleged incident, no evidence was provided to the detective

This doesn't begin to cover all the other contradictions like the abortion vs miscarriage shit, or how Spencer and Kai claim the rape happened in December but backtracked on that too, or how they misremembered what police department it was after claiming they were suing the police department.

I can see why they don't want to release this.

Would just like to point out for everyone that even though it’s called a rape kit, all a kit can determine is if sexual activity has occurred. They CANNOT determine consent. There are some injury factors that can point to rape, but a number of them are also applicable to rough sex.

His inquiry about a rape kit and his boss saying camdan didn’t work the night of the assault are suspect as hell, but otherwise the actual police work checks out. There was no probable cause to arrest him.

Now there’s reasonable suspicion to investigate because of the accusation, but the evidence provided did not bump it up to probable cause.

Things in the Justice system go reasonable suspicion-> probable cause(action)-> beyond reasonable doubt(convictable)

The lack of physical evidence of Camdan being there is probably the most damning part.

Alibis aside, it’s equally likely that she snuck out of house sitting and had consensual sex. This is something that a defense attorney could argue to create reasonable doubt.

As for the rape kit, unfortunately many states are years and even DECADES behind on processing their rape kits.

His editing could be fantastic if not for the fact that it's legit overwhelming for even normal people. He says he's autistic but one of the biggest symptoms of autism is sensory sensitivities, which is why I think he's full of shit. Either that or he really hates autistics and epileptics.

Yeah just got done reading this stuff not too long ago, I smell a lot of bull shit from her posts. It's getting to the point where I'm questioning most of Mamamax's videos he did on YouTube, mostly on how he handled the stuff he talked about which is probably why Max hasn't had a single conviction under his belt after years of predator hunting.
