Are you pasting images directly into your post? If so, you're going to need to delete it after it finishes uploading. If you're using the "Attach files" button then you shouldn't need to; just click Insert... → Thumbnail.

I was aware of this and only used a full sized one on a user profile because I assumed it didn't matter like in a thread.
I'll stay on top of only using thumbnails now but if it's a blanket rule you should figure out how to completely disable the option to use full-size. An ounce of prevention, etc.
