Cog’s biggest alog (Czr) was flagged down on X/Twitter. Czr runs a JewTube channel that had just released a compilation of Jonny violently threatening alogs which included a clip of Cog threatening to blow up Czr’s house with his family still inside. Cog has denied responsibility; however, in addition to making death threats, he has a history of flagging down X/Twitter accounts that make fun of him.

Since having his address posted in this thread, Cog has denied living with Dan stating clearly several times that Dan has his own house. An account appearing to be Czr’s backup has posted several clips of Jonny confirming that he does live in Dan’s house with 4 other people.

I know in Fembot thread I said I was fucking off for a while. Just doing my 6 month check in of the disaster that is these people, BUT Cog's little arc has been fucking hilarious to me. I'm glad to see people are finally fucking with this retard. He really is easy to sperg out. He takes the internet so damn seriously and will respond to the most ridiculous concepts or accusations with so much earnest.

So... I wanna say this. How I absolutely know his "home ownership" is completely fake and surprised that nobody has brought this up. He claims that he pays 5K pounds a month. That translates to 6370 USD a month for his home. Now on a 15 year home loan. That would make his total loan 900K pounds or 1.146 million in USD. NOW for a 30 year loan that would be 1.8 million pounds or 2.293 million USD. He claims this is a two bedroom, most likely 1 bath in Dudley. Well I did a search for the average price for a home in Dudley is:

So for a 900K loan he has an interest amount of 649K total interest and for 1.8 million he has an interest payment of 1.5 million. What kind of ultra predatory interest rate is he paying? There are laws here in the US and the UK that protect prospective buyers from this type of usury. Here is what I found for the UK.

So for a home in that area at the maximum of 250K. His total loan rates shouldn't go any higher with ZERO down of 312,500 pounds for his home. With 15 years shouldn't be more than 1736.00 pounds per month.

I remember Cog crying when his woman left him that he couldn't afford his rent. Sounds like he is claiming 1250.00 a month is something he couldn't afford then, so HOW would he be approved for 4 times that amount from a financial institution for a home loan? As he claims they split the rent and he pays as much when he was renting. Now logistically does Cog expect Dan and his wife and child to spend the next 15-30 years living in a 2 bed 1 bath townhome with two other adults that claim they are trying to get pregnant? (Cog maybe your seeds would swim better if you didn't smoke yourself retarded everyday. Weed can fuck up your sperm bruh.). How is that a realistic expectation? What kind of codependent relationship does Cog and Dan have?

I would like to see some people force him to answer this. His home would have to be at least worth 675K (over 3 times market value) for a 15 year loan with a mortgage of 5K a month and for a 30 year 1.35 million (5 times market value) for $5K a month. I know that these values don't take into account other property, city and county taxes. Also probably doesn't take in insurances for home ownership as well, but the gap for these amounts should be negligible.

EDIT: I forgot to add that when Cog and Thi3v3s broke up he ended up leaving his apartment to move in with Dan. Since that point his background has not changed, so he is still in Dan's home, that somehow has morphed into Cog's mortgaged home that now Dan, his wife and child live in at Cog's will. I really think that Dan should seriously consider how much Cog makes him look like a loser bitch by not being able to provide a home for his wife and child. I can imagine that Cog is telling Dan, Dan's wife and his own wife, "Oi mate. I'm jus lyin about this to trigger them. Innit.". Instead it makes Dan look like a fucking loser tbh and makes Cog look like the "provider". Not sure what kind of man would sit there and let this POS claim his own home as theirs without any pushback? Kind of pathetic.

Cog used to say “I live in a mortgaged home” because his autistic mind believed this was a great way to mislead his audience while technically being honest. When he was called on it, he began explicitly stating he owns the house; however on a few occasions while sperging out about trolls he has unknowingly admitted to renting from Dan.

NOW, Cog’s story has changed yet again. “Matter a fact, trolls, maybe it was DAN renting from ME!”

This right here is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO important and true. When I was purchasing my home with my woman. We had to show all of our assets and prove that the bank could recuperate the total of the loan IF we were to ever end up in foreclosure. Our annual salaries combined, checking and savings, 401K's and other properties, vehicles etcetera. We all know that Cog owns NOTHING from his previous Cribs walkthrough of his council flat. He doesn't really make that much from e begging and it isn't considered steady enough for a bank to gamble on him.

I just can't believe that his audience doesn't even question the obvious bullshit.

He has always been like this, but he manages to pull the wool over a lot of people’s eyes (mine included) not because he is particularly cunning, but rather he is so boring people only briefly pay attention to him. He has been on a spiral since late summer. In October he had a 6 hour meltdown that puts Teddy Feaser to shame.
