Okay? What you just stated is a reason to bring a proper case, but what was rejected was an injunction related tot he current case. Effectively, asking SCOTUS to injunct it right now was trying to skip ahead of the process and if SCOTUS signs off on people doing that it fucks with the whole system.

I am not disagreeing the law should be struck,, I am agreeing with SCOTUS though that the request for injunction was improper for the current stage of the process.

The Biden administration's southern border crisis worsens by the day. New figures from Fox News field reporter Bill Melugin show US Customs and Border Protection encounters on the border in the last 24 hours have smashed a new record high.

"Per CBP sources, there were more than 12,600 migrants encountered at the southern border in the last 24 hours, the highest single day total ever recorded," Melugin wrote in a post on 'free speech' platform X.
