There might be confusion as LFJ is often traveling to/from Australia and I think Canada. One country or continent cannot satiate his lust for consent accidents.
I don't think he's a citizen of anywhere but the USA and his parents and grandparents are from the San Francisco Area. As for the SSN, as far as I know, posting or hosting it is not necessarily a crime, but acquiring (IE hacking) it and using it (IE identity theft) is. (I am not a lawyer)
