In terms of proceeding, I think one avenue is via power of the State. We need a sympathetic district attorney, judge, or other government official willing to use subpoena power, search warrants, or the threat of criminal contempt to investigate the fraud and criminality going on behind the scenes here.
Is that optimistic? Yes. But the implications of what's happening are more far reaching than just the Retard Wars. This touches on anybody's ability to make a web site, public technology, or run a business from now into the future.
With the consolidation of both Internet backbone infrastructure and LLM technology into fewer and fewer hands, now is the time to go on the offensive and take back what is rightfully the legacy and heritage of mankind from the massive centralization that's occured.
If we need to start contacting every DA in America asking for investigations to be opened and for special prosecutors to be appointed, then maybe that's what has to be done.
We need to take the fight to these companies' doorsteps (legally). They can't be engaging in racketeering & criminal conspiracy when they are out back burning documents, looking over their shoulders, wondering when they are gonna be hauled off to enjoy prison.
