I know that everyone (government/media/Cogent employees) hate us but I think it's still worth trying the suggested things, occasionally something slips through the cracks. The worst thing will be zero impact, the best thing will be a possible connection.

Reporting websites for breaking their AUP might seem silly (why would Cogent care about double standards?) but like Null said, it's more about letting people know exactly where they stand. If you asked a normal person about it they'd think it sounded ridiculous and start asking questions.
