Could we have a thread in the prospering grounds? My suggestion would be to write such a thing and hawk it to the likes of BARpod, Matt Taibbi, and Glenn Greenwald. They have subscriber only communities that are behind a paywal of like $10 a month, it's ghey but a bunch of us could join their communities and try to get their attention.

Firstly, It isn't Gayops to do whatever you can to defend this place. Defending yourself should in no way fall under the same umbrella terms of poking the cattle.
What kind of hornets nest is this if wings are clipped in the most dire of circumstances.
Secondly, as much as it would be nice to keep the status quo and allow every last person to be involved in the planning and execution of certain strategies, that just won't work.
There needs to be a board that takes a certain amount of Reaction Score to get into. Being a member isn't enough as any drone account can compile all the info needed to combat well made plans. There will be some things where the element of surprise is vital to be effective.
What RS is needed to enter that board would obviously fall on @Null to figure out, but without that, much of what we come up with can and will be undermined by proper planning on their part.
That being said, we need to focus on the main antagonists, without them, there is no War.
Cut off the head of the snake as it were.
Beyond this, if applicable and if you think it can work, as others have pointed out, show how their narrative of KF being a simply transphobic, racist, and bigoted place is demonstrably untrue.
That, like any place with true freedom of speech, there will always be a variance of opinions, viewpoints and acceptable behavior.
On Twitter, showcase threads that wouldn't exist if their narrative were true, e.g. show the outpouring of respect for Rani Bakr, or the defense of a Trans kid from the likes of Nikolas Talbott. I'm sure there are similar examples for Racism, Sexism, etc.
Focus on the inarguably good things this place has accomplished (exposing fraud, exposing animal abuse, compiling information on shooters, child abusers, etc.) and that like any free society, good and bad can exist here.
Own the narrative, or at the very least, bring into question their painting of it.
Moral questions should be answered by individuals, and their decision to interact with something should be left up to them, not the people running these online spaces, whether they be a forum, a social media platform, or a T1 ISP.
People deserve to make their own decisions about whom they associate with, without force or coercion by morally bankrupt hypocrites.

People have been hinting at this for a long time in Elliot's thread, some small bits of info have been pasted here or there but no one has gone deep and posted it. Perhaps like me, people have been waiting for the where and when.

Vanguard having the largest shares in a given company doesn't mean much since their business is mutual funds. With mutual funds, individuals can buy shares through Vanguard and Vanguard manages the larger pool of money. The money Vanguard has isn't necessarily the company's since the individuals earn interest & can cash those shares out.
The flipside is that if someone realizes they have Honeycomb or Cogent shares, it gives them more leverage to complain with. My mom was once able to successfully complain to Verizon by using "as a shareholder...". Cogent is a part of the S&P 600 index fund, if anyone has that or wants to buy a share just to lodge a complaint.
