2 years difference without constant training because of health problems and surgeries. Started again going to the gym 2 months ago.

Hi! Im 24, 1,70m tall and I weight currently 67/68kg. 2 years ago I decided to loose weight and I lost around 20-25kg, I was too skinny and not able to build a lot of muscles because I wasn’t eating enough. I had a lot of struggles with my health and wasn’t able to train all the time. I gained a few kilograms and just accepted it. Since two months I’m back in the gym, eat enough and I feel good. I’m happy with my current shape but there is of course a lot to improve and to work on. I’m on a vegan diet and train 4-5 days/week in the gym and lifting heavy weight. I also do a bit cardio and go running.

It will be 4months tomorrow and I'm finally feel like I have something that's more worth looking at

I started with some massive swelling, easily the most extreme I've ever seen and that had me feeling like my labia looked more like a scrotum...still have a bit to go before it's flattened appropriately but yeah so much better atm

I go back and forth on how much I hate the scaring but if I consider the whole area is still extra swollen then we'll it makes sense why it would be this way so just gotta ride it out, right now it's not as bad as it use to be

I managed to get some regular silver nitrate sessions in which has helped at my lower labia and fourchette (can't be seen here but yeah) and I have managed to start having more days where I'm not bleeding and hopefully have been stringing together some real progress in the recovery of my early wound dehiscence.

I'm still a ways off but I'm feeling worlds better than I did back in week 6. Also elements of my life are starting to move forward (I get to start being a youth mentor soon) so I'm hoping to have more stuff to occupy my thoughts and to be thinking Bout my vulva less as something I need to baby sit but rather a part of me.

I still want at least the future canal revision but I'm much more hopeful for the outside appearance than I was

I don't think so. As mentioned many times in the thread, there is very little in lieu of guidelines and regulations in troon "care". They're straddling the line between elective cosmetic and experimental treatment both of which aren't anywhere as legally protected as getting hip replacement surgery or a heart stent. You sign a lot of patient rights away when you agree to participate in medical trials and it's all trials for troons.

Update: phallo over meta 4 stages the netherlands

See my post history to know the whole story. Last week I had stave 1, he removed a bit of scar tissue on my scrotum and the stitches didn't last so the wound fell open but is looking healthy overall. Yesterday I got my catheter out (such a relief!) And my belly dick was unwrapped! It looks so weird! But this is not ready at all, in the next 3 surgerys It's gonna be shaped and glansplasty etc. For now he needs to stay upwards and dry so showering is a challenge. Overall pain with these surgerys was a 3/10. Most pain is from constantly ripping the tape off of my hairy stomach.

For what it's worth, I think the consensus among the women in this thread is that metioidoplasty results are far more cringe-inducing than any of the other SRS procedures.
