Just a reminder that we can and should mock The Attic alongside the Fat Indiana Lesbians. Clara’s breast-beating about the FIL’s merch using her image is hilarious and I hope it brings much milk. Of course if it becomes legal only one side can win but I can still laugh at them both as they duke it out.
The whole narrative that we are Belinda’s fan club and were waiting to jump on Sam and Yaba on behalf of our Hillbilly Queen is absolute copium and they both know it. For what it’s worth, I started listening to Belinda semi-regularly after the stream she and Sam did where they reviewed the court documents in the Callie versus Ron cases. You led me to her, Sam, and if you hated her so much, maybe you shouldn’t have disingenuously been overtly kind and going live with her.
And if I am to be totally honest, I began souring on Yaba during the summer. Specifically she was angry that her dead ex‘s girlfriend asked if Yaba and Sam would take the kids for a few days during the summer. Somehow Yaba didn’t understand that the time in question covered the Fourth of July holiday. She immediately decided that the new girlfriend was trying to get one over on her, foisting the kids on her for the holiday instead of asking outright if they could leave the kids on the 4th. She said she never forgets shit like that, when people are sneaky and try to be snakes with her. Any sensible person should know when major holidays fall - the girfriend assumed Yaba wasn’t such an idiot that she had no idea how calendars and the progression of time worked.
That rubbed me the wrong way. She’d made a great relationship with the girlfriend and was calling her out as a snake because she didn’t realize a major holiday was coming up.
I cut Yaba and Sam far more slack than they deserved because I grew up poor trash and because Sam‘s childhood reads like a horror novel. Belinda had nothing to do with my distaste for them now. I cut them slack for their ignorance and lack of education (just noticed Yaba writes “pedal stools” for pedestals in the chat drop a couple of pages ago, sigh…). I excused their low-rent bursts of irrational anger because it was very familiar to me. I overlooked Yaba’s nastiness about Bacon. I rationalized Sam quarreling with a little girl. I looked the other way when they bought not one but two French Bulldogs after “tons of research.” Tons of research should have told them how cruelly inbred they are as a breed but nope, perfect dog for them.
I overlooked a litany of similar small issues because I simply did not realize what nasty pieces of two-faced shit they are. They never liked Belinda at all huh? Who does that? Who livestreams and says nice things about people they hate when they both made their names on how honest and earthy they are? Snakes? Yeah, that’s what snakes do. Once the masks slipped, it became easy to see how misguided I was.
This has nothing to do with Belinda, ladies. Yaba and Sam had been earning this odium for a while. I cut them slack that they turned around and used to make a noose for themselves.

Yeah. I don't know much about Sam's biography, but I truly don't like to snark on things like lack of education-- that's a Clara thing to do. And I know that people look down on gettin' above your raisin', as they say, but that statement refers to puttin'-on-airs, not to trying to do just a little damn bit better than your parents did. I'm still not going to poke fun at people just plain not knowing what they don't know, but Sam in particular is pretending that she's one thing when all the available evidence says she's something else entirely.
And, not that I keep wanting to dwell on this, but she and Yaba were calling Zeith a crackhead: that guy has a brief record and nothing current. Even Ron's record is a lot shorter than this. Glass houses, ladies, glass houses.
And I will certainly continue to call Ron and Clara pieces of shit in their own personal thread. Absolutely none of this makes them less shitty. Or pissy, as the case may be, given the dog urine situaiton.

This one was defaulting on some sort of loan.
I don't pretend to understand all of this stuff, and I'm not screenshotting every detail of every case. The Indiana court records database is really impressive and goes into granular detail. Recurring themes here are debts, evictions, failures to appear, and dodging process servers.
EDIT: and, again, what really bothers me here is that she made Zeith out to be a thief and a degenerate and acted like she was soooo above people like him. You're not, Sam. You're just not.

Last part. I never found a dentist's office, but this one does have theft from an anesthesiologist. Maybe dentist office theft was just a mangling of that or of the vet clinic? Right idea, wrong health care professional?
I think the "converted event" stuff refers to entries made in a legacy system that just didn't translate into the new software, but I could certainly be wrong; someone more knowledgable might have a better idea. As I said, the database is very granular, but you can see a lot in those micro-events: prior workplaces, failures to appear, and so on.
Some of those charges were filed against her and her ex. I haven't ever watched enough of Sam to know much about him, but I assume he's an ex for a reason. I don't know how culpable he is in all of this, but plenty of it is Sam only. It seems like a lot of these debts are likely what lead to the eventual bankruptcy filing.
In conclusion, I would like a sticker or tumbler that says "SAM'S CRIMINAL RECORD GAVE ME CARPAL TUNNEL AND CRASHED MY HARD DRIVE." And, in case Ron and Clara are reading this and gloating: I still think you both suck. A lot.

Not that I want to give anyone ideas, but it could come down to issues of "public figures", since they claim to be, and Wonnie says he's FAMOUS, vs. being a private citizen, and how private a citizen are you if you're out here doing what you do on streaming platforms, etc. I can see it getting pretty messy.

It is beyond comprehension that anyone would allow someone who steals from animals around their precious children.
