As opposed to grooming kids to be child brides for pedophilesThey groom kids into trannies and blow up women's bathrooms (with their jizz)
yeah there is a noticeable amount of "shipping" of Jesus Christ and Judas for some reason, where these people think they've come up with this headcanon that they're both gay for each other. Most certainly. All it will take is for this to blow up, and then a single xitter equivalent of a breadtuber will point out that the Bible considers being a faggot a grave sin you will burn in hell for all eternity for. The people behind this "fandom" will probably still stick to their beliefs, as it's hard for me to imagine they haven't already heard about all the "nasty" stuff the Bible contains, but any larger following they might acquire over the next few weeks/months will definitely drop out after that. I don't really think this is anything new anyway, as there have always been plenty of "feel good" christians who choose their facebook Bible quotes very carefully and aren't really into that whole "stone the fags" part. The only possible novelty I can see is zoomers who've been raised in progressive households and have had practically no real interaction with Christianity and the Bible, so this xitter cringefest will actually be their first introduction to it, but as I already said, the moment they will hear about any "bigoted" quotes from the Bible they will drop out, or at most keep some very few selected aspects of Christ's teachings, but many lefties already do that, just without the LARP (usually).
It's wrong from the Christian perspective in that it's not really Christian, and is even in fact blasphemous, but I agree it's not lolcowy at all. It is very fascinating though
I don't think I've ever condemned Christianity (or any religion) as a whole. Just the people using it to be awful. Unfortunately there are a shitton of people like that in Christianity, many who are in positions of power. While I do agree with her on certain sects of Christians being deranged and degenerate, especially evangelicals, I think her autism prevents her from being able to differentiate her own personal experiences and confirmation bias from the reality of the religion of Christianity as a whole, let alone being able to have nuanced, sensible views on the topic (Or most other topics).
Which does translate in a warped sense of morality of her own.
Such many cases!
i can picture them deciding that god is too mean in the OT and redoing christian gnosticismCan’t wait to see Bible Fandom argue over what’s canon![]()
Is that why people like you REEEEEEE whenever I post articles about pedo pastors and other religious sex scandals (a tiny fraction of how many exist and are being exposed every day) and go into #notallchristians mode (or straight up try to defend pedophilia)?I told you this before, and I'm telling you now:
It will never be not funny how quick you to find degeneracy, hypocrisy and the worst aspects of humanity in those you find to be in front of you and how it is only comparable to how quick you are to overlook/ignore/dismiss all of it when it pertains to those you perceive to be in your side / under your approval.

Zoomer kids drawing Jesus fanart is goofy, but harmless
straight up evil shit done around the world in the name of Christianity every day
We could probably have and entire forum on Christian horrowcows who think Jesus makes it ok to beat/starve/rape their kids
throw them on the streets for being gay and shit.
Btw, /pol/rapefugee tradcath LARPers and their ilk don't exactly do a good job selling Christianity either.

You do it to vindicate your beliefs, not because you care about children. You use them as a convenient vehicle to push your bigotry and fail to realize that you are the atheist version of the zoomer poltards you rail against so much. The irony is lost on you; you are an ideologue. Is that why people like you REEEEEEE whenever I post articles about pedo pastors and other religious sex scandals (a tiny fraction of how many exist and are being exposed every day) and go into #notallchristians mode (or straight up try to defend pedophilia)?
I would speculate a lot of these kids probably grew up in liberal, secular families where Christianity was not present if not slightly frowned upon. They thus don't really have the "baggage" with Christianity that the ones who grew up conservative religious households tend to do, so they have no real hangups with it. If anything they're probably more familiar with the endless snark and contempt around Christianity in pop culture ("magic sky fairy", "zombie Jesus", etc.) and so approaching it from a non-judgemental perspective is almost a novelty. We are talking about the kinds of zoomers who identify by xe/xim pronouns, draw women brown, with hairy breasts, and retweet their favourite Five Nights At Freddy's headcanons. A very unlikely demographic indeed, which is what this thread aims to highlight.
I cannot wait for a modernized 2020’s version of the Council of Nicaea featuring a group of broccoli-haired, TikTok-addicted autistic they/them Zoomers convening to discuss which parts of the Bible are “W rizz” and which are “problematic”Can’t wait to see Bible Fandom argue over what’s canon![]()
Wolfy doesn't seem all that bad tbh, they seem to just be a very devoted Christian, plus they're spreading a positive message, so I see it as a win. The rest of the people involved is what concerns me.
He was middle-eastern. Sorry to burst your Aryan wignat Jesus headcanon.Personally, I haven't seen much of this other than obvious leftists drawing or portraying Jesus as a brown
