For real though, any visuals of Chris from the side or back always crack me up à la Dudley Moore in Arthur (1981). His hulking, physical frame is so unmistakably male and beastly, and it's tragically absurd watching everyone around him tiptoe to ignore the elephant in the room. All in all, it's uproarious comedy on a level that few other things can touch. It's on par with modern neanderthal Ron Perlman standing next to a regular male, or that image of Chuck Clymer next to an actual woman.

I thought for sure Jimmy would keep Chris in neutral clothes that don't draw any attention, but lately Chris has been shown in very obvious and ridiculous looking outfits. I do wonder if this is because he threw a stink and is holding Jimmy hostage, or if Jimmy is truly going along with it to be a good friend.

I know that Jimmy and Chris go waaaay back, so I can understand the reluctance to jettison him...

BUT...things aren't going to get better. Chris is going to keep pushing the envelope further as he slides deeper into his degenerate dragon chase, needing increasingly bigger fixes to satisfy his need for validation- which increases liability for Jimmy. As you mention, the gender-neutral clothing routine worked for a while...until it didn't. Eventually, Jimmy will have to put his foot down and make a difficult decision before Chris gets exposed for something so fucked that it results in a channel-ruining Bud Light Effect coined by angry parents and turned-off normies. And based on what we've seen thus far, there's some brutal dirt on Chris that has yet to surface- like a quiet, seismic rumbling underfoot before a catastrophic eruption. Jimmy HAS to know this. He must be seeing the tepid-to-lousy reception his sidekick receives from his viewing public, and is at a loss for how to handle it. He's probably terrified of getting rid of him and incurring the wrath of troons/their enablers/media conglomerates, but he also knows that the current path is unsustainable. It would benefit Jimmy to realize that the troon mafia is nowhere near as powerful as they project to be- the Hogwarts Legacy wet fart proves this. Just cut bait, Jimmy. The worst you'll get are some angry replies on YouTube/Twatter over the course of a week before everyone stops giving a shit and Chris is an afterthought. You'll still have your channel, and your biggest source of liability would be long gone. Maybe Chris, having known Jimmy for as long as he has, knows some unseemly shit about Jimmy that he would dread being made public, and blackmails him behind the scenes? Maybe he threatens to go on a media blitz to paint Jimmy as a virulent transphobe if he gets let go? If that's the case, Jimmy should immediately fire his ass and threaten a violent rape-by-litigation that would reduce Chris to eating out of dumpsters. He's got the money for it.

Jimmy's probably just naive, good-natured, and optimistic that a middle ground can be established. Only problem is he doesn't realize that such a thing is hopeless, and is stuck in the impossible task of trying to please everybody. It's abundantly clear that troons destroy everything they touch. Like a Midas touch in reverse, everything turns to shit instead of gold. Maybe Jimmy isn't jaded enough to realize this, but based on the way they're avoiding showing too much of Chris, it's tough to imagine that he doesn't understand that he has something of a problem on his hands. Either way, if MrBeast implodes as a result of the troon problem, I won't have an iota of sympathy. Jimmy will have no one to blame but himself for not waking up to reality.
