He refers to civilians as "child", while the trolls are the "stalkers". This change in verbiage happened exactly when he got his Twitter account back after being banned for the first time. Most likely the attorney referred to the trolls as stalkers, and it stuck with him. To his credit, in the beginning he did successfully get people to stop fucking with him by calling them stalkers and telling them they would be going to prison.
