I don't really understand why it's legal to change your sex marker on official documents. It sounds like a security breach waiting to happen, the existence of that marker is not for vanity purposes.

Well, much to the chagrin of dedicated haters such as myself, FTMs definitely are more likely to pass than their MTF counterparts. Someone here on this thread that I engaged with a long while ago talked about testosterone being quite the additive substance. It's easy to see hardcore results and transformations from once you start but hard to walk back. This is why FTMs look like they've been put through the ringer after just a few months on T, meanwhile MTFs that have been on estro for decades look virtually the same as when they started.

It's all about makeup and styling with MTFs. Those are your workhorses, not hormones.
FTMs that actually want to pass would have to give up those crutches, hence the roiding.

He always wears clothes that are meant to accentuate/show off female assets. Ass, tits, hips, legs - all things he just doesn't have. Well, he has legs, but not the kind anyone wants to see. Dylan’s compulsive need to maintain the fighting weight of an anorexic twink a decade his junior is really kneecapping his attempts to “pass”. Those stick legs pop out of his man pelvis at the correct man angle and the only way he’s ever going to obscure that (in still photos, at least) is by adding some padding to those thighs. It’s far from the only thing that gives him away (read: he looks like an irl Ichabod Crane) but it’s extremely jarring and draws the eye.
