This case has actually gotten under my skin and made me MATI. Absolutely fucking nothing funny about this to me.

Yeah, I understand this feeling. What makes this case especially bad in my eyes is that he also paraded her around, used her for content, and monetized her existence. All while using her as a breeding factory for his children. And now, after she outlived her usefulness, it appears that he got rid of her.

Unless they find her body or some other definite proof of her death, I am afraid that nothing will happen to him.

Estranged ex-wife disappeared without a trace in 2016. No body was ever found. Was charged by the RCMP a few days ago. They are being tight lipped about their case with the media. My pet theory is an undercover befriended the ex-husband and got him to confess under the pretences of a long term friendship.

Regardless, anyone expecting for a quick resolution here is likely in for a long long long wait.

My understanding is that in the US after a person has been missing for 7 years a person can be declared legally dead. I would not be surprised if Canada didn't have similar laws.

How do you charge someone with murder if you don't have a body? Well it helps if the person is legally declared dead. From there you pick apart any lies he has told to build a circumstantial case.

Either he's so retarded that he let his actually mentally retarded wife go off into the wilderness with nothing and somehow thought everything would be fine and he didn't need to contact anyone, or he directly or indirectly killed her by either doing it himself or by letting her go off to her death without doing anything to stop it

Go off in the wilderness, or left her at a gas station. That change in story alone is a huge red flag.

Many questions are still left unanswered because all we have to go on is either the press release from the RMPC, or what JF tells us himself.

Did Mama JF tell any of her family what she was doing? Or is this all on the word of JF? How credible and solid is the police reported sighting of Mama JF on the street that has the homeless center? If it is solid, then JF is probably off the hook from a reasonable doubt perspective.

As far as finding a body goes, I doubt we will ever find a body. Boiled up vinegar or other acid in the pressure pot to make the bones nearly disintegrate, and ground down the bones to dust? Acid treatments? An entire bay with easy access to sink a body until mother nature does its thing. One boat trip and he is done.

With all of that lead time he had plenty of options.
