Nobody, in their right mind, thinks Patrick is seriously grinding up little black boys to make his pepperoni. I think we'd all be shocked and appalled if it turned out he was. If and when it goes to court, the history of the meme is well documented and can be pointed to. Is it tasteless? Sure. But nobody outside of a total retard takes it seriously.
Regarding Jackie and the GNAA: as per more knowledgeable people, the GNAA didn't admit women, so Jackie wasn't a member
per se. However, she absolutely did hang around with weev and his merry band of faggots. This was confirmed by the

I think this is the crux of your argument: they're presenting our mockery as slander, so we should stop mocking them because nobody will take what they've done seriously.
I'm unsure if you've been hiding under a rock, but if you bother to read this thread you'll notice when a third party stumbles upon Fat Rick's latest antic, the ONA users helpfully provide explanations and evidence.
Regarding us: they claim what we say is slander and defamation and all the rest, but note they do this in the court of public opinion, rather than an actual, legal court. This is because:
- Mockery is protected under the 1st Amendment, and mockery isn't slander/defamation/whatever they say it is.
- If they took us to an actual court with an actual judge, they would lose. Take Keffals. It's not defamation to say he sexually groomed children and taught them how to buy black market estrogen when you have the evidence to back it up.
- On one hand, they do try to poison the well against us, and to some extent (like the CEO of Cogent), they succeed. Yet our membership grows every year- not because Null spends money on advertising, but by word of mouth. People like the freedom of speech on this site, so they tell their friends about us.
Slander and defamation are actionable offenses, and the fact that Josh hasn't been taken to court over them tells you there's no case for them.
Jackie's trolling past would be filled with made up things said to get a rise out of someone and is now the thing she complains about. Patrick posts things to attempt to get a rise out of people and is shocked when he does. And by blocking lots of people when they make a statement about aircraft rolls in modern warefare no one who'd bother to correct the statement will have access to correct the statement.
Neither of them will correction when it's given. If they did, they wouldn't be lolcows, they wouldn't have threads, and we wouldn't know or care they existed.
To get this forum to play it straight ain't gonna happen. The level of moderation here allows stupid things to be said with some of it considered inappropriate for polite society with some being incorrect due to an attempt at humor.
We have three ironclad rules enforced by the community: no fedposting, no breaking US law, and no interacting with cows. The site's culture is one of fierce independence, and we're not going to reign ourselves in because someone like you told us to. It'd take Null himself or the Feds stepping in.
