Both. Steven is not able to have any form of a conventional relationship and acknowledges it. His status opens him up to multiple women that he can plow through which satiates the physical desires he has, but due to how his childhood went, he will always seek intimacy from more than one to reassure himself that he is loved and cared about. The problem being that he tends not to care about how those giving that care to him are feeling as he is vampirical in ensuring his insecurities are sated. He also does not seem to understand on an emotional level what being in a relationship involves. He looks at it from such a disjointed lens.

When you have a hard time organizing it has a lot of downstream effects. For example, your goals become very hard to achieve so you don’t get much done and then it fucks your self esteem.

Mix in booze, drugs, bad relationships, sex addiction and things get wild. Wouldn’t surprise me if BPDs were fairly comorbid with ADHD.

Pretty sure he used to be kind of more normal early on since streaming wasn't as big but at some point he had so many 15-20 year olds giving him ass pats online for "winning" online "debates" (aka retards yelling at each other) that he started to get very full of himself and thinks he's some kind of super intelligent guy and is very charismatic/likeable even though he's a retard who reads wikipedia all day when he's not playing video games, has substance abuse problems and just spews memes as he has for the past 10 years because that's his "personality".

When he tries to talk "humbly" about himself it's the most fucked up thing honestly, he sucks himself off so much that I can't even stand to listen to it. You can tell how delusional he is about all this during his current bullshit as well because he's talking about how he wants to dump everything but he won't because he's better than that except he's saying this while dumping basically everything to people who are only watching because it's a trashfire and not because they actually care about how he's actually such a good guy. He just tells himself shit out loud and his retarded audience of teenagers think "oh he's actually not doing that because that's what he said" and he just has this bubble of delusion surrounding him.

Honestly a very insane guy but it's very funny to watch when he's in one of these phases where he's just going crazy, his ego without any stupid shit going on around him is honestly just unbearable.

Even for Steven, when he wrote that tweet a few days ago, asking the world to sell him drugs; I was like wow that's a really bad look even for him.

That, and in the stream he even talks about how he had a whole "sex week" lined up with multiple people (dicks and chicks prolly, but he always leaves that part to the imagination). SO much so that it was a point of contention between him and his wife, while he was in Vegas! Dude scheduled a dick date, and didnt think his wife would be pissed. lol

I will give him one thing, I do respect (to a degree) his lack of shame/embarrassment. This guy owns he is on his sleeve, and he RARELY ever let's someone bother him for who he is. I do think he puts on a brave face MOST times, but the fact with how much he freely shares makes me feel like he is atleast comfortable with his illness. Or hes chugging the copium the hardest its ever been, and sees it as a monetary thing lol his viewers eat that shit up for some reason.

Do we have any actual evidence he fucks guys outside of his word. I feel like he wouldn't be this much of a coomer if he fucked guys since it would be so much easier to secure bussy.

I’m sure it’s a bit of both, but I’d be surprised if the fame didn’t go to his head. Honestly, I think the fame goes to pretty much all famous ppl’s heads if they’re famous long enough. To an extent, it probably has to, you probably have to develop and ego to enjoy and maintain a job that involves getting front of a camera everyday and talking to a large audience and being subjected to non-stop commentary, both good and bad.
