Youtube lighting up about an apparently scummy company that backs alot of the merch runs used by "influencers". It's got everything from Ponzi math, forged manifests, broken contracts and hard R Rape. Of the homosexual variety.

The company in question is Revolt LLC

And the guy being put on blast is Ryan Piasente.

coffee is a fantastic youtuber, highly recommend checking out his other stuff. there was rumbling of this a whole two months ago (reddit, archive). second example (reddit, archive). not a misfits fan or anything, but there's probably a bunch more can be dredged up by checking out the subreddit. seems like nobody cared enough to follow up on it?
Seems like it was niche enough to not trigger more close scrutiny. Tbh, I've never heard of any of these people, and the first thing I did when I stumbled across this was check to see if there were threads on anyone involved. Including this coffeezilla guy.

Not a thing. Not even passing mention in other threads like Mister Beasts. What boggles my brain however is how big a business youtube and twitch merch is. This faggot owes some random e-thot on twitch 300,000 dollars?! Seriously?!

I believe CallMeCarson and his short-lived YouTuber group Lunch Club were managed by Ryan back in 2020 or so.

Also, Coffee doesn't mention it in the video but I'm fairly certain I remember seeing this in Coffee's replies when the stories were first coming out: the actual members of the Misfits (like Fitz and SwaggerSouls, etc) weren't aware of Ryan's Weinstein-esque abuse as it was happening and were instantly supportive of the victims' statements on Twitter when they were posted (with most if not all of them liking the tweets).

This is a crazy story to hear as someone who regularly watches the YouTubers who were managed by Ryan - many of the YTers even mentioned "Ryan P" doing this or that within their videos.

I'd take that with a heap of salt. In the video he elaborated a little on the false promises with regards to sales/marketing etc. IIRC he said he could 10x mr beasts merch over 3 years or something ludicrous. Maybe she got told the same deal. Either way, funny shit tbh.

FWIW I've heard of one of them at least, the Fitz dude was one of the 7 (!!) guys who cucked callmecarson which was pretty big drama when it happened.

Clown world can get tiring at times, but god damn does God play some funny ass jokes from time to time.
Not just guys, but women, minors, making them take a sniff of some "white powder" at the door, like holy fuck, Ryan is a menace

That’s true. Ryan was involved in many content creators such as Misfits (Fitz, Swaggersouls and others), Lunch Club (Callmecarson and everyone else) and Dream Team (Dream and others)

No surprises there, less than savoury Chinese factories are more than willing to put whatever you like on the invoices. You can set the price per item to $0.1 to avoid higher brackets of taxes or $100 to write it off as losses.

Some would even mail blank forms with the items for you to fill out yourself.

I've worked with a pretty large electronics manufacturer and they offered this option because I was worried about customs clearance costs.

I began watching the video but didn't finish, damn it apparently went a lot further than I thought I should finish it then.

The chinese are massively amoral, and this can be quite the business skill.

Recently Brazil imposed import taxes on products over a certain price for import. Instead of the old limit of now anything over 50 USD gets taxes. The chinks just got their relatives from Macau on the chats and the deal went as such: instead of buying the >50 dollar item you were told to buy (x) of a different Item and they would send (x) boxes of "product" to you, but only one box would have the original >50 USD product. That way you never went above the 50 dollar limit for tax free purchases and can keep buying from FengXuaQin on Shopee, AliExpress and such.

The CCP doesn't give a shit, because as far as they care filthy barbarian gwalio governments are oponents and unworthy of respect.

It'd be interesting to look into their customs filings. If they're inflating the invoices they send to customers because they're cash-strapped, it'd stand to reason they probably didn't inflate the commercial invoices filed with customs. Tariffs are assessed as a percentage of value on the CI (E.G. base rate for cotton T-shirts is 16.5%). Raising costs there would incur a bigger tax bill. If there's a mismatch in stated values they're going to assume it's trying to dodge taxes. Their defense would be that they are simply defrauding their customers. Somewhat of a rock and a hard place if they're ever scrutinized.

You can't blame a foreign government for dumb shit your own comes up with that makes doing business harder. It's not their duty to evaluate the customs of every single outbound item.

I've dealt with Brazilian customs, they're among the worst, not as bad as India but worse than even Mexico. Likewise, the Chinese customs are horrible as well, but at least they won't steal stuff, they'll send it back using the slowest services. There's hidden rules such as anything valued at above 1000 yuan requires a customs broker service. If I send something to friends/relatives in China, I'm left with wasting lots of time in customs, or I can just lower the declaration. Guess which one I will choose? The CPC won't like it, but that's what they get for making it a pain to ship simple stuff.

This obviously shouldn't be allowed for legitimate businesses doing millions in orders that are supposed to hire people to do it properly, but individuals cheat the customs daily. It's not a race, respect or culture thing.

Oh you misunderstand me, I am just explaining that the mainland chinks do it because their government isn't gonna stop their own money supply to please Brazil. And as far as me and 90% of Brazilians are concerned these vendors are doing God's Work and are real heroes.
