I watched It's a Wonderful Life for the first time this year and it almost made me cry. There is so much for a married man who's been at the grind for years to relate to in that story and the sudden influx of support from his community is incredibly heartwarming.

But that's the point. For a MAN to relate to. George is a pillar of his community who despite life not going the way he had planned, still did the best he could to improve his community. Clarence gave George the nudge he needed to make it over the lowest point in his life.

Nick is a petty, faggot stalker child who aimlessly wandered into a kind of success, but still resents every decision he's ever made while simultaneously blaming everyone except himself. Nick would need a Saul to Paul dramatic conversion by God Himself to completely overwrite his entire character.

This was Our Wife's playlist before she deleted her YouTube channel on March 7th or 8th of 2023. There was quite a bit of discussion about it at the time. Skip to present day and all the events that have occurred. One thing that stood out to me in her playlist and it wasn't the several elissa clips videos she had in queue, but number 79 of the archived playlist titled "The secret to desire in a long-term relationship | Esther Perel | TED".
