i poked around most of the poll taxes are 50-70 dollars in 2020 dolaridoos probably 100 if we count the real inflation. it might reduce cheating but it doesnt fully remove the leeches voting their own gibs. I've worked in huge, "soulless" corpos, and their mandatory ethics code of conduct training regardless of the company is always the same:
If you have a personal financial interest in a specific outcome of company policy you are barred from participating in making that policy, be it a contract negotiation or a standard operating procedure.
