That's also true. China uses its military, pushing men into it to simultaneously keep them busy and kill them off if possible, and strengthen its own military power. Pharmakikes have an incredible amount of leverage in Burgerland as whatever control systems that are in place are gradually eroded and as a result have been an absolute plague on humanity for many, many decades by now. High Value men and women do exist. A virgin woman raised well by her father, wanting a family and to work part time in the local shop/library/school is a high value woman.
