Star Wars Griefing Thread (SPOILERS) - Safety off

The "Journal of the [Protocols of the Learned Elders of the] Whills" should probably be looked into, as it appears to be an exposé of the Jedi's methods, particular plans, and record of atrocities over the millenia

Death Star Plans - smuggled inside [[[R2-D2]]].
[[[C-3PO]]] - Protocol Droid. He says he's programed for human/cyborg relations There is ZERO evidence of him ever interacting with any cyborgs. So what [[[Protocols]]] was he programmed with? Perhaps simply continuing the hoax of the supposed Order 66?

Droids were present all AT great terrorist attacks perpetrated by Jedish agents.
All those Jedi supposedly killed? They were all commanding clones that were fighting - you guessed it - [[[Droids]]].
Coincidence? I think [[[not]]].

Saw some little youtube short of Witwer talking that gave me a major malfunction.

So apparently, according to him, in some season of Filoni Wars, Lanter Skywalker was having a vision of Shmi and was giving this "really emotional dialog" to her about how he's got a wife now and they're expecting a child/children. And Sam, as the "new guy" as he put it despite having having already played one of the more popular characters in one of the more popular games by that point and worked directly with George, sheepishly told Dave and Lanter they'd have to redo the scene because Shmi already knew who Padme was because they met in TPM.

Now ignoring the fact Shmi wouldn't have any idea Ani and Padme were married or pregnant so his interjection was more of an "uhm ackshully" than a correction since she was dead before then, it's the supposed reaction from Dave. The fucker didn't even know/remember that Padme and Shmi had already met and had to change it.

But the real kicker to me was the comments. People were defending Dave because "it's an easy thing to miss/forget about". The fuck? She spent like a day or two on Tatooine with Shmi, Quigon, Obi and Anakin. They went to the podrace, had dinner together etc. You cannot miss or forget that unless you never bothered to watch the movie. And the real big wtf was the amount of comments saying, and I quote:

"Dave is the reason for everything you like in Star Wars still being present. He's done more for Star Wars than George ever did".

Is this where the Fandom is really at? Filoni fags unironically saying that this fake ass cowboy wolf fucker lolicon did more for the franchise than the guy who fucking created the entire thing? It's shit like this that really makes me detest Dave and his fans. He himself is a hack and a fraud. That's well established. But it's his fans that really make him and his "contributions" stand out in a bad way. It's not enofor this cunts to just like the shit he smears on the galaxy, no. They've gotta hold him to a level that not even George himself is allowed to have. Which is fucking ironic considering Dave would still be jerking off to wolf drawings in his room if not for George giving this faggot a job in the first place and creating TCW.

Jiminy fucking Cricket I hate what's happened to The Wars since George took such a massive backseat after the PT.

This is the same guy who is trying to make heroes out of the same Death Watch group that Lucas introduced as unapologetically evil terrorists in TCW. All I can think of when the Empire nuked Mandalore is that scene on that random dipshit planet with Ahsoka and the son of the Onderon senator, where the Mandalorians, including Bo-Katan, burned down a whole village killed innocent people who had the audacity to demand their enslaved women be returned as per their deal. And then I think back to that scene of them getting nuked, and I say, they deserved that if they're the kind of morons who accepted Death Watch hook line and sinker despite their crimes. Yet we're supposed to feel bad about a race of killers getting Hiroshima'd back into the Dark Ages. That was one of the few times when Palpatine actually did his fucking job and eradicated a threat to the galaxy, just like Revan before him.

Then Filoni tries to make them the good guys while portraying the NR as weak and pathetic because the ST has to happen. Filoni tries to forget the fact that TCW introduced the warrior Mandos as unapologetic terrorists and bad guys, and he's trying to memory-hole that shit and just have goody-goody warrior Mandos depicted as knights straight out of a King Arthur story, bowing down to a guy who owns a special sword, instead of bowing down to the strongest warrior because they worship strength. If there was one thing TCW got right about the Mandos it's that, yet Filoni retconned it in Rebels to them following Maul because he took the special sword away from Pre Vizsla, not because he proved himself the superior warrior.

If he can't keep track of stuff from HIS OWN TV SHOWS, what makes you think he can keep track of the stuff from the films? Especially when the films established that Stormtroopers can actually hit their targets when allowed to, with Kenobi noting how accurate Stormtroopers were, and Princess Leia points out that the good guys getting away from the Stormies was them letting the good guys go because the Empire's tracking the ship. Yet in Rebels, which Filoni created, the Stormtroopers couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. Filoni missing the part where Shmi was talking to Padme about how the Republic has no power in Tatooine is part for the course.

Jiminy fucking Cricket I hate what's happened to The Wars since George took such a massive backseat after the PT.
Lucas was told several times by critics that he's the worst thing to happen to cinema since Michael Bay. What did you expect? Of course he took a step back after the PT got raked over the coals by almost every critic out there.

Now they are reduced to scrambling through old pre-wendig EU archives and furfag filoni's underwear hamper for ideas on how to try and regain some small percentage of investment and to try and win back some of the star wars fans they spent half a decade openly sneering at for being smelly nazi incel nurds, with the single biggest punchline being the fact their biggest ploy of getting fan interest and hype back is in bringing back Hayden Christensen whose performance as anakin was until a few years of prequel memes ago a universally reviled blight in the franchise. Now he may effectively be their only hope.

The only word that can sum all this up is just fucking Pathetic.
Ya know this might be just about the only star wars prognostication I made back in the day that has held up. The entire fucking franchise has devolved to the filoni cinematic universe which makes me so fucking happy my hype died nearly ten fucking years ago now

I present a story in two parts: This guy wanted to prove that everyone getting mad about Reva and Sabine surviving point blank lightsaber wounds is actually sexist.

And not even 3 hours later:

He never even responded to the couple hundred people telling him why his comparison is bad, only his buddies so he could circlejerk like he was right. This is just what Disney fans do, they say stupid, easily disprovable shit to argue in bad faith and then throw a temper tantrum when actual fans who are knowledgable come and give their two cents. Fuck 'em.

It really all comes down to how things are set up. If I see a person being stabbed by a lightsaber and walking away like it's nothing, that instance is going to plant a seed in my mind throughout the entire story. It removes all tension from any future lightsaber fights because that seed is in the back of my mind telling me that even if someone gets stabbed, they'll survive it...or they won't. It's whatever the author's whim is.

It's the same problem with Palpatine came back somehow. At that point, the author is basically telling me the villain won't die until the plot needs him to, and that it won't happen until I've finished sitting in a seat at the theater for the next two hours filling my face with popcorn and soda.

SWTim, nice but dim used a Mark Hamill deepfake in his fan film without asking permission for his likeness.

Palpatine (if he was actually involved) wanted to use the Mandos as Imperial troops and established a local viceroyalty ruled by Clan Saxon, they only got nuked after Bo-Katan decided to do something really stupid yet again and said nuking was done on the orders of the local Moff and not big Sheevy P himself. Do you even watch the series you're talking about?

The local Moff gets orders from Creamy Sheev. And it shows that the Empire was more than nice towards the Mandos, allowing them to retain their own army and command structure instead of making them part of the regular Imperial military. Bo-Katan reacts to that generosity by rebelling anyways, and she's not smart enough to evacuate the planet when the Empire would obviously come back. Not only did the Mandos rebel despite the Empire being nice to them, they were stupid enough to just stay and fight instead of joining the Rebel Fleet. Not only are they filthy traitors, but they were also stupid. If they joined the Rebel armada, they might've preserved their population and retaken Mandalore after the Empire fell.

The arrogance of Dan Filoni and his fans is pretty unreal. People talk about him and his shows like Star Wars didn't exist until 2008 or that he did a better job than Lucas ever did. What keeps Filoni afloat in the hearts and minds of these stupid fans is this belief that he's "one of us" and deeply cares about the EU and seeks to preserve it. This is untrue, all he cares about is using it as a content farm and reusing ideas...and even then, he fucks that up because Dave always changes the shit he steals in some way that makes it nonsensical and not fit into canon. Like Korriban being renamed Moriband for no fucking reason. Add that to Darth Bane now being some kind of Samurai and this is just brand new lore.

Frankly, I shocked people still take him seriously even though we're on year 10 of Ahsoka Tano being the main character of Star Wars and outliving everyone and everything because Dave can't bring himself to dispose of her character in some way.

But isn't being "one of them" pretty much not respecting anything in Star Wars canon and just bulldozing your way through the galaxy with new characters and ideas? Filoni is the perfect representation for the new Star Wars fandom. He was making cartoons for kids and got a job at Lucasfilms despite having no real experience handling a major franchise like Star Wars.

He is not a fan of 'Star Wars' he just simply wants to plug his moronic and degenerate ideas into Star Wars and re-imagine the series how he wants it. He even throws himself into voice acting and live acting roles to make himself front and center. Basically canonizing himself into the Star Wars universe. The shallow approach to the franchise is all that the low IQ retards who like modern Star Wars are capable of and Filoni gives them the endless goyslop that they crave.

Filoni can't make something like Star Wars or Dune or LOTR on his own. He doesn't have the talent. But he can take his own personal ideas and use a major franchise to basically showcase his content and stories. Which is the dream of most hacks.

Are there laws against this yet? I figured they'd get around to it sometime--just gate peoples' likenesses under royalty fees and shit like that. Seems like it'd be something to do.

TCW got mainstream praise while the PT got raked over hot coals. That's why. Even people who were all-in on the prequel hate loved TCW and saw it as the PT done better. So of course, Filoni's going to get more authority if that's how fans react to his work. In the eyes of Hollywood and the normie/critic discourse, he turned something that was considered an untouchable mess into what many consider to be a loveable and necessary part of SW lore. People say that Filoni's work ''redeemed the Prequels'', and of course, if that's what people say about your work, you're going to get a bit of an ego.

I'm not so sure. Some EU fans think that way, but other fans of Filoni probably never heard of the EU and only know him through TV shows like Rebels, TCW, and Ahsoka. Certainly, the largest part of his fanbase comes from the TV demographic, since many EU fans despised him for contradicting other SWEU materials.

Frankly, I shocked people still take him seriously even though we're on year 10 of Ahsoka Tano being the main character of Star Wars and outliving everyone and everything because Dave can't bring himself to dispose of her character in some way.
Why am I getting the feeling that she's going to live all the way beyond the main cast, like K'Kruhk? I wouldn't be surprised if she outlives Rey at this point.

He's not a fan of SW at large, but rather, his own version of SW. He acts like he's the new Tolkien or CS Lewis, what with him turning Lothal into Space Gondor, making the Whales into the Space Eagles, turning Ahsoka into Gandalf the White, and even having the last Ahsoka episode be titled like the first Narnia book, but as I've said before, he doesn't understand the religious content of the stuff he's cribbing from. He doesn't have the balls to preach in favor of a religious system that most people in Hollywood despise.

I'm looking forward to Auralnauts spinning gold out of ratshit
Their fake '80s Obi-Wan intro makes me wish it was a real show instead of whatever the fuck we got instead. Why the fuck can't Disney make Star Wars shows that are reminiscent of Hercules and Xena? I don't remember people being pissed at Xena because its main characters were a strong woman and her ginger girl friend.
