They literally can't. Aside from this being a matter of states either removing a presidential candidate from the ballot without due process, or an unelected state official removing a presidential candidate from the ballot "just because", punting this will end them. It will nullify the whole point of the SC and will kill any public perception of the court's legitimacy. And that's when the 2 or 3 million right wingers that understand opsec enact their individual plans. No security in infallible and a lot of lizard people pedos will die. Then the hard times come.

They already did that in 2020 when some 38 states sued Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court claimed it was the wrong forum for states to sue other states.
(and earlier in 2020, when they refused to enforce federal electoral law against Pennsylvania)

If Hillary was president, the whole country would still be on lockdown for a couple years to cope for China's virus. Her diplomacy is centered around initiating conflicts at the expense of her legacy and party constituents. Her looks cannot get her far with her attitude.

I'm not so sure. Most of the government across all levels has adopted the posture that Trump is a unique threat, so anything done to stop him is just a one-off that has no broader significance. For example, I think everyone has an understanding that the novel legal doctrine that you cannot sue before, during, or after blatant election fraud because of standing/damages/remedy issues will not apply to a mainstream candidate.
Furthermore, people are niggercattle, and the half of the country that votes Democrat will enthusiastically embrace any and every tyranny so long as it is perceived as being bad for Republicans, as we saw during the lockdown hysteria. So if the Supreme Court punts and says they won't interfere with states deciding who can and can't be on the ballot, for whatever reason, the NYT & WaPo will praise them, all Democrats will accept the ruling, and the ruling won't be applied to any red states that try to eject Joe Biden from the ballot - different logic will be applied.
And people won't do anything, because it's easier to go along than not.

Well, we'll have to race those two groups since they're stealing the power of English for themselves. The Nips have a head start over the Koreans though since they officially transliterated their language into English for use in telegraphs instead of trying to adapt their pre-existing writing systems to it.
Do you have a better system in mind than common law? European ones are even more of a farce since they're inquisitorial and the judge and prosecution are on the same side. Your issues seem to be with personal abuse of power by judges over anything inherently systemic, and any judicial system is going to run into that exact same problem of abuse of power by the judiciary.

If Hillary was president, the number of COVID deaths would have been framed as, "Thank goodness only that many people died."
The results would have been the same, but the perception would have been way different.
I just want them to do something already. Everyone all over is saying that SCOTUS will smack this down - well, what the hell are they waiting for? Note: I know nothing about how SCOTUS handles things, so they very well may be doing something, and they just need to do the Government thing of making sure all the punctuation is correct before releasing the ruling to the world.
