You can see through her style changes that it is difficult to work with a face shape like that. But throughout her lifetime it seems like she always had her own style and it just works for her. anyway, mixing baking soda + vinegar gives you a reaction where the alkaline sodium bicarbonate in the baking soda and the acetic acid in the vinegar neutralize each other, giving off carbon dioxide gas in the process, and forming sodium acetate salt. after the reaction you're left with a solution of sodium acetate salt in water, which to my knowledge isn't useful for cleaning or washing anything. the raw vinegar itself is generally a better cleaning agent, so you're better off using that instead.

disclaimer: i'm not advising anyone to wash their hair with vinegar (although that shouldn't cause any problems, vinegar is pretty harmless unless you get it in your eyes or lungs, and it will probably do a decent job at cleaning your hair)
just pointing out that it would have more of an effect than using the sodium acetate solution you get from this reaction with baking soda

This is how trannies get their thin and greasy hair. Women's shampoo and conditioner is expensive for a reason. That shit works in a way the 3-in-1 shit doesn't. Maybe you could achieve similar results with all natural products, but I think it's more trouble than it's worth. All I got told was to stick it out and eventually it would get better. When it just kept getting worse, that was that. It might work in a few instances with some people but it sure as shit didn’t work for me. Maybe if I stuck it out for another month it’d work but probably not.

Just use quality hair products and eat well. It’s more of a lifehack than using vinegar to clean your hair. If that method had any merit, it’d be a lot more common than what we see now.

Works for me. I used to have really terrible skin. Now i very rarely use soap on anything but my privates and hands. I don't think its healthy to lather yourself daily in ungodly chemicals made by people that want you sick and sterile.
