Exactly! Bodily autonomy is important, but it also means you get to face the consequences of your actions. It also means you can't infringe on another human's bodily autonomy to get out of those consequences. Since you have such a hard-on for autonomy and all that.
That's interesting, and I agree with you don't get me wrong, but why do you think that? After all those children are not fully developed. They can not think, feel, perceive or act in the way a fully grown adult can. This, by the only standard that can make abortion moral, is grounds to make them do it as much as it is grounds to not make them do it, which would make it wrong to take a stance on as fact, after all the child is not yet human.
Bodily autonomy means no one can use and endanger someone's body without consent. That's why they can't just remove your kidney without permission even if someone will die without it. Though I'm personally all for nonconsensual organ removal from prolifers until they understand how bodily autonomy works (I'm also for forced vasectomies of all prolife moids and moidletts).
