At 39:58 the speaker mentions Kent Hospital. They do seem to have a psychiatric unit, they also seem to work with a nearby Butler Hospital. Even though I predicted that she would be dropped off at a hospital, I have some doubts about the authenticity based on 2 reasons.
I might just be tired as hell, but I see glyphs in the spectrogram of the voicemail audio. I can't make them out, though.
