As I pour myself another glass of alcohol and ready for the closing of yet another year, let's remember fondly the New Year's Eve that helped usher in this chapter of Chantal Crazy.
It was Dec. 31, 2019.
Chantal had plans to travel out of town to party with one of her friends, a friend who consistently ragged on her for making promises to hang but always backing out at the last minute (actually I think it turned out to be Shannon who she ditched lmao). Interestingly enough, this night on the town didn't actually involve Bibi, which kicked up rumors about their relationship. Of course, it wasn't the first time people questioned the legitimacy of their relationship but this seemed odd - why would Chantal go out on New Year's Eve without her lover?
Chantal rented a room and readied for the night but - surprise - decided she didn't want to go hang with her friend and was just going to livestream all night with her Beerzers!
BUT WAIT...who shows up?
Ah yes. Peetz!
Except this was an unusual development. Peetz showed up mid-stream and Chantal had to cut the stream short... almost like she was hiding him. When she came back on, she downplayed it but in real time, it definitely was fishy. Why was Peetz there anyway? Was this always going to be her plan? Why no Bibi? She said he had to work, but then mentioned how he should be home and that she should probably give him a call ... but she never does.
The stream was an odd one. Prior to Peetz' magical reveal, she was talking about how she missed her cats ... but didn't mention Bibi at all.
Of course, this fueled the speculation that the two weren't dating anymore.
The charade continued through into 2020 but by early February, Bibi was done. They had broken up.
Chantal was now single.
And of course, we know what would happen next.
She and Peetz would move in together. She'd go even crazier. Fell for Egyptian Wish Jerry Seinfeld. Go ape over his green peen and meth. Become a cokehead. Dart off to Cuba and then LARP as a Muslim in Kuwait with her new "husband" who has a scat fetish.
And while I'm sure her and Bibi were on the outs long before the motel rendezvous with her and Peetz on New Year's Eve in 2019, I do believe that night sped up everything. And now here we are entering a new year
Hey - at least it beats another year where Chantal is for sure going to change her health and lose the weight.
