The thing about pooners, all of them, is they are absolutely no threat to anyone's manhood in any form. As such they simply can't be taken seriously and I mean that in a quite literal sense. hi everyone
im korean so i went to korea for my FFS.. they're known to be very aggressive. ive had ffs 3yrs ago and i keep having issue with insane pain below my chin. i remember the dr asking me if i want to have a v-pointed chin and that there could be some issues etc. but he never mentioned nerve damage.
now since around 2years ive been to different doctors such as maxillofacial surgeons, ENT's, anestheologists, neurologists and now the shocker - ive been sent to a neurosurgeon and they basically diagnosed me with trigeminal neuralgia and said my only option would be neurosurgery and even then there could be other issues that are unpredictable, such as numbness, pain in other areas etc.
i wanted to ask if any other girls have had such an issue and what they did?

I wouldn't go as far as to say LOOKS CIS because it looks like someone used a staple gun at the apex of the outer labia at the top but tbh that's one of the better neo clits I've seen. The neo labia minora also appears to be the right shape and in the right place for once. Hi everyone!


I am finally done with surgeries!! I just had my fifth surgery and likely my last unless I opt for the ED in the future. 2/5 of my surgeries were revisions to alter the size/shape of my penis.


I had my 1st stage phalloplasty with BCSS on May 25th, 2018. This included v-nectomy, scrotoplasty, full UL, and formation of phallus.


I then had glansplasty and lipo/plication on Nov 6th, 2018, and in February 2019 I had my second lipo/plication and a small repair for a wound in my perenium area. At this time, I was noticing no real changes undergoing plication/lipo with Dr. Safir, so I changed surgeons.


In Nov 2019 I had more plication/lipo and had my testicular implants done. I am SO happy with my balls. For this surgery I switched to Austin, Texas and had the surgery with Dr. Crane.


Finally, most recently, April 28th I had a lift, plication, and a base reduction with Dr. Santucci. Dr. Crane said it would be best to have this surgery with him so that he can place it in the anatomically best position for the ED if I do choose to get that eventually (as he does all of those procedures).


Since I chose ALT, I ran the risk of ending up with penis with enormous girth. That's where I ended up and it was quite a process to bring the size down. I went from approx. 10" girth originally to 6" girth now (and hoping post swelling it will be closer to 5.5" girth).


Orgasms are amazing. I can feel from the base to close to the tip on the front side of my penis. Not as much on the reverse side. I have very little temperature sensation, just erotic and tactile senstation in different areas where it has developed. My balls, and around that area are very erotic feeling. Overall- very happy with my sensation


I wanted to post my progress because there’s not a lot of ALT guys posting on here and there’s so much misinformation about ALT! If you want a larger sized penis with a hidden scar, this is the best method to choose IMO, and usually sensation and overall functionality is great. In my case, it keeps getting better


I may consider the erectile device in the future, but with the amount of surgery I have needed and the complication rates for the ED, I would rather take a break for a while. My sex life is amazing, so I don't necessarily feel that I need to have the ED. I am able to make my penis stiff by wrapping it with cobane tape and putting a condom on. Works wonders!

I've noticed the fat ones tend to look less terrible. Mostly due to the surgeon being able to use more flesh. They are far less likely to have that wrinkly ballsack look.

Turns out he did penile inversion in Mexico in 2016. It turned out bad so he went of to Thailand to get it fixed by Suporn. That revision didn't go well either so he flew back to Mexico and got a revision by a different surgeon and this is the final result this year. Seven years in the making.

POST REVISION SURGERY DR CARLOS GUERRA MEXICO

Hello everyone, this is my fisrt post and I want to share my progress with all of you.

In the 2016 I get my srs with penile inversion surgery in Guadalajara Mexico with Dr. Aguilar (cuz Im from Monterrey, Mexico) it was a disaster, no asthetical aparence and no depth. So I get depression and I feel very bad for this.

In the 2018 I traveled to thailand for my fisrt revision with Suporn Team and and the Dr. offerme a skin detph and best outcomes in labia and a clitora. But it was a mess I have a dehicence in the skin and after this my dilatations were very painfull. After this I lost a lot mony for the travel and extra days in thailand almost 2 months.

This year I meet to Dr. Carlos Guerra in Monterrey Mexico so I decided give me a last chance, yesterday was my last day in the hospital, and I feel very very happy with this process. I got peritoneal revision plus labia majora and minora reconstruction. With this dilatation I dind feel pain and was very very easy for me.
