I genuinely do not know how anyone can still respect Cole after the tantrum he threw before he was kicked off the show. Melting down over the staff and the writing was really bitter and cringe.

He wasn't wrong though, the show was literally redoing story beats from Season 1 all over again. I'd have respected him if he completely disappeared from online presence after being kicked though. Still amuses me he got so much OC made compared to the others.

I’ll try to explain it from a pro Cole perspective. He didn’t like the fact he was being made into a new Jon. I understand some people might be upset at Cole complaining, but have you looked at sneedchat or this thread? A lot of what we discuss and what’s fun about Fishtank is making fun of Jet and Wiggers for incompetent decisions. Whether you like Cole’s attitude or not he was doing just that.
A big problem I have with this season is that they seem to keep looking back on season one and refuse to let this season stand on its own merit. They keep trying to make fish into a fish from season one instead of letting them be their own thing. Not to mention all the challenge repeats.
Cole was made it clear he was pissed off about that, even saying during an Instagram live outright, “I am not Jon, I am Cole.” As for what can be inferred, he probably wasn’t too happy about the day as a whole. He went from playing literal Xbox with Sam to being singled out and being made to fight after being a punching bag for 2 hours. It probably wouldn’t have been that bad if Jimmy didn’t tard out and treat what was meant to be a sparring session as an actual fight. After this, he goes upstairs and finds his clothes shredded which he could rightly assume was the fault of staff since they were keeping him occupied for so long. On top of all this, the pressure of realizing you are completely isolated and without any friends in the house has been setting in for days now. Not only that, but you know everyone else is actively planning against you. Staff was trying to make him into a villain while simultaneously putting him into situations where he was at a disadvantage.
With these things in mind I think Cole had every right to complain. He insists to this day that he did not quit. You can take him at his word or not, I do not care. But I think Cole expressed the emotions of a lot of viewers during his final rant.

I honestly should show you supplemental material. But I will be honest and say I'm too lazy to do it right now. But I'm just letting you know its bad practice for me to tell you what I've said about Jon without presenting proper evidence. Even if it is something unanimously agreed upon in this thread.
What I will encourage is that you don't take my word for it, instead look into it if you have the time or interest and then come to your own conclusion. I'm just giving you a fair warning, people in here are a passionate bunch. Be prepared if your final conclusion goes against the grain.
It blows my mind that someone who started as some kid making games on Roblox has now moved on to making some excellent horror. I'm so happy for this guy.
If you guys want a good complete horror experience that's FREE mind you. I highly recommend Dead Seater, its a great homage to Alone in the Dark.

They were accidentally open on day 1, if you navigated cameras with the arrow keys instead of the map you could get to them. The cam is pointed up at a corner in the ceiling but the mic is on. With the exception of the long talk with Summer than Jimmy and Shinji had in a bathroom, I cannot understand why anyone would be interested in this feature.

I've known the bathroom cams exist and would eventually be deployed, but what I'm getting at is either this bathroom sex was planned to hype up the roll out of the feature, or the crew was already planning to release it soon anyway and saw Trish and Brian's organic romp as a great excuse to go ahead and roll it out.

Even if it allows us to hear gossip from time to time, it will mostly just be sounds of people using the toilet, showering, Brian and Trish fucking, and/or gooning in TJ's case, so mostly appealing to perverts.
