Jamie Marchi won the lawsuit, yet she's still the angry fat bitch she's always been. Also possibly getting replaced by algorithms lmao.

Vic last the lawsuit, which is pretty shitty considering it was all his retarded lawyer's fault, but he's at least doing okay mentally. Plus he's not fat.

In no way did anyone ‘win’ the suit. They stopped it before it could go forward. If discovery were allowed and the trial, this conversation would be much different.
Marchi didn’t win.
Rial didn’t win.
Toye didn’t win.
Funimation didn’t win.

All they did was throw a tantrum to keep the court from fulfilling due process

The lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice and Vic owes them fees. That lawsuit is lost. It's cope to say otherwise.

Now, it's also accurate to saw Vic lost through no fault of his own, and that the TCPA was used as a sword and not a shield. It's also almost assured that if Ty Beard hadn't been an incompetent, malpracticing ass and gotten those crucial affidavits in on time and without defects we could very well have been at trial.

I watch clips of Assmongler when they pop up, more often than I care to admit (dude has a surprising degree of rationality for a hick, with few exceptions, I dare say he might be a Diogenes of our time). When I saw the clip in question, I was reminded of the great Weeb Wars which is the very reason I came to this site in the first place (following Nick Rekieta who since imploded, what a character arc).
I see that Jamie's attitude hasn't improved in the slightest. It would be satisfactory if these people lose their jobs to AI, preferable, even. Though something tells me that even this experience wouldn't humble them. Somehow, despite their extremely unlikable personality, these people manage to stay employed.

For now. If they continue pushing the Mangakas, and Publishers' patience with their BS, they are going out of it. Especially if said AI Translation only need a rookie to teach the machine how to translate well. They don't need these clowns, and very much would open the door to cut the middle men.

I watch plenty of Zach's clips too when they pop up. I've recently been enjoying him playing a game from one of my favorite franchises (Monster Hunter.)

Another clip was dropped today. "Yeah. I'm sorry but this strat got nerfed. I'm sorry but this doesn't hit the same as it did in 2020."


There are also a lot of people in the comments mentioning Vic sympathetically.
