One Piece - I'm Gonna Be the Pirate King!

1103

I mean that would be a serious way to enter the final stretch if Kuma does kill Saturn. He dies afterwards, but everyone blames it on the Straw Hats. Then it means everyone in the Straw Hat fleet and those islands protected by the Straw Hats are invaded. And then maybe the Buggy Pirates and Red Hairs and Rebels are brought in to stop the World Government.

Can't Kuma use his paw power on himself and push out the pain and put it on Saturn?

ah yes, my weekly dose of pain. How lovely!

Another banger of a chapter. Seems like Kizaru is having some loyalty issues since the implication I get is that he gave Luffy the food.

Seeing how Bonnie's fruit sounds like absolute hacks, does her seeing Luffy as Nika mean she could replicate it and be a Nika 2 of sorts?

Mow just hope Kuma manages to connect with his fist and make it count. Also, hope everybody stops being frozen and Sanji and Franky do something.
I'd argue that Bonney loses that move if she realizes that Nika is a devil fruit, since she's drawing on her potential futures and already has another one.

Fair. Bonnie's fruit just seems like it can do whatever the narrative needs though. Wouldn't be surprised if it got "depowered" like Law or Robin to avoid future issues.

Finally caught up to the manga after 2 months of straight reading and all I can say is.

Poor Kuma

EDIT:
I wasn't here for when Skypeia was in the works, I just know that it was a hated arc for a long time because of how slow and filler-ish it felt in real time. Wano was clearly not filler in nature (despite how much of a difference there is between Wano and Onigashima itself), however, I can't deny it felt slow at times. I think it'll flow a lot better on re-read, and that it doesn't take away from the rules of the world, some fans might've confirmed this.
I was reading through the thread before this as well and on a full reread Wano flows way better. It's probably one of the better flowing arcs in terms of pacing in post-timeskip. Fishman Island and ESPECIALLY Dressrosa are paced like shit even on a full readthrough and if I was reading it weekly, I would've dropped the series and never looked back. Wano was longer than both of those arcs but those two arcs felt like they were going on for ages.

Is this what they call anime tourism?

The Ant guy is a fucking faggot and a big KickVic sperg. Just mock him and then ignore him.
Surprised he hasn’t earned a thread with all his Twitter activity.

How do people watch this trash? You get like 5 new frames an episode. Its run it course and needs to end.
Not sure if bait, but it’s watched through lots of dedication, and there’s always a certain amount of hype moments from the manga brought to life to make the trek worth it.

Also, for needing its end, we’re in the Final Saga as we speak, so the end is kind of in sight.

Every time a faggot says Yamato is a man, just share the Sanji in tranny island chapter.

They really can't process that a japanese man nearing his 50s did shit like that for a few laughs.

Also, the guy going with "if it was MLK jr instead of Oden" had the right idea, but should have added race and that would have short circuited the faggot. "So Yamato is a man but can't be black?!"

Isn’t the whole point of Yamato that she’s trying to emulate Oden to an inane degree because she idolizes Oden? Her saying she’s Oden is just an obtuse way for her to basically try to be a hero by mimicking Oden’s Bravado after seeing his death and hearing stories from his men.

Her character serves to have Momonosuke to grow up and realize that he has to sacrifice for the people who sacrificed in hopes that he’d return. She’s the daughter of his enemy and she wanks Oden.

I actually do like Oden, but his character being retconned in was kind of annoying.

Of course it's fucking Anthony Gramuglia, I'm not even surprised.

He actually did used to have a thread apart & before Weeb Wars, I noticed it around mid-2020. One of his ex-wife's friends even commented on there on how much of a retard he is (his divorce was a pretty lolcow-ish story).

The thread is now deleted & I can't find it for the life of me. I'm actually angry at myself for not re-posting shit from there with a link on the WW thread when I had the chance. I even bookmarked the posts to do so, but the thread got deleted.
He's just not interesting enough. He might've been doxed but it's been a long time since the last DoXéMon.
True, he's just a sperg, he's not even an Anituber

Can you recall any particularly funny moments by any chance?

I barely remember it, but basically as per the wife, he was extremely obnoxious to deal with. It wasn't mentioned exactly how he was obnoxious (or maybe it was, I just don't remember it) but that's what was mentioned, also, if you see him enough you can guess how. I do know one thing for a fact, that there was no physical violence involved, he was just annoying, not a full-blown abuser.

Also, as per her friend who came to this site, she wanted a divorce in around 3 months of their marriage & considered it "the only mistake she ever did" & she was extremely happy after the divorce
