My theory is that it will come out after he loses. He will be convinced he had a winning argument but these guys abandoned him when they needed to be with him to argue.
If they're ethical, they notified him of their limitation of the scope of representation prior to him retaining them (pursuant to RPC 1.2), and if they are competent, they put it in writing considering the way Russhole reacts to "plights." Lawyers (even pro bono) generally can't just dump a client for no reason.

Do you think that really matters to Russell though? I can imagine him trying to blame everyone but himself for this bs lawsuit

I think when Russ loses he'll be sure it's their fault for only appealing copyright infringement because falselight and plights would've won him everything

Found on Twitter. I also learned recently that they kept one group of Jews separated from the others, near the front of the camp. For I think it was six months these Jews had good food, musical entertainment, clean clothes, nice housing. Then after six months they were gassed and a new group of Jews were placed in that camp. The kid who saw this thought it was show groups like the Red Cross that Auschwitz was not a death camp; look at these happy Jews!

Source: The Escape Artist (6 of 5 stars; recommend reading, absolutely fascinating - one takeaway from the book was just how damn efficient the Nazis were)

See! Russ was actually writing historical fiction all along.

Extreme emphasis on the "fiction".

This is fascinating and I had no idea. Thank you for sharing.

They stole the idea from Russia's Potemkin Village trick.

Also technically Auschwitz wasn't a death camp, or at least not all of it was. There were multiple camps, many of them work or concentration camps without the principal purpose of killing their inhabitants, although a lot of that happened. Only parts of it were specifically extermination camps.

The actual pure death camps were things like Sobibor and Treblinka. There's a reason most of the survivor stories are from Auschwitz (and others like it), because Sobibor and Treblinka just killed you the minute you got there (unless you were tasked as a Sonderkommando to work on the extermination of others and then killed yourself periodically because when they let those live long enough they organized and revolted or escaped).

Had to fire up TOR because there has been motion on Yelp and LinkedIn. Yelp makes it look like Russ isn't doing so well... random law firm no hire him (yet again) blames the Taylor Swift lawsuits and laments almost a decade has passed and he shouldn't be judged... suicide baiting

LinkedIn reveals what is current and/or most recent job(s) MIGHT be.... Legal Assistant @ Maverick Transportation (trucking company) 10/19 - Present and Processor (used to be listed either as Geico or State Farm I believe) 2017 - present (I've always guessed this as low leve data entry possibly remote). The tone of his current moping leads me to think he has job and/or money problems right now. Speaking of being judged almost every single like that shows up on his LinkedIn profile is a toothsome woman. Russ is his own worst enemy. So no I don't think he is mopping toilets and hasn't for a while but that's the level he should aim for with his next move.

He should consider working for himself but any idea I can come up with conflicts with Russ being Russ.

So wait, now his lolsuit was a “publicity stunt?” Either way, from a hiring perspective, it shows poor judgment.

Also sounds like one of those things that someone might bring up his next lawsuit and cause the judge to ask "so is this one serious?" And watch the drool turn to a flood.

Yeah, I doubt if he actually interviewed for this job, they flat out told him, "we're not hiring you because you sued Taylor Swift." Employers are rarely that direct when they decide to pass you up for a job. It might be why, but I doubt they actually said that to him. But he is gonna mooo about it regardless.

Once again, Russ claims in his book that his employers threatened to FIRE HIM unless he renounced the whole Swift suit as a publicity stunt, but he was too principled to lie and was fired for it

Now he recants and shouts that it was all just a publicity stunt, years too late to keep the job

"And yes, I asked Autumn for reconsideration many times."

New e-stalking arc?

I think the lawyers dumping him made his head tighten, no sign of the usual New Year's mission statement: ' Happy 2024!!! This is the year I make it big, cool stuff coming up, dropping a hot song etc etc 😎"

Rusty, under no circumstances, can handle being told no. To top things off, it's a woman denying him a position in a law firm. He is still under the impression that the privileges and forced courtesies he received in his younger years still apply to him as an adult because of muh dishability.
