It's probably more appropriate to compare it to a businessman flying to SE Asia to fuck minors, rather than in Europe, for the reasons other posters have mentioned (eg: Romeo and Juliet laws). I'm not super familiar with the laws there, but I'm relatively sure you're penalized for doing so anyway, whether the punishment comes from your country, or from the host country. If you're a US citizen, you are beholden to following US laws* and the host country's laws.

*in terms of income, transport/use of illegal substances, and criminal activity (including sexual abuse of minors)

From what I see, Thailand (one of the hotspots for pedophilic tourism) actually takes this matter seriously now, and intensely questions people at checkpoints if they see that they had went to areas known to be frequented by pedo tourists.

I can’t recall which Senator it was maybe Clay Higgins but he said he has information that the FBI has the tapes and are refusing access to anyone. In hindsight the FBI raiding the island was the worst thing for the United States citizens. The FBI is basically a government within our government they are not transparent at all. Congress made a huge mistake letting them amass so much power and wealth without first putting laws and legislation into place that would exactly stop them from what they are essentially doing now. It’s confirmed that the FBI has covered up Hunter Biden and his laptop, covering up the Ashley Biden diary, covering up a the obvious insider trading that goes in Congress, covering up the entire Biden family for their foreign money affairs, making up the story about the Russia trump collusion, and now it’s confirmed they’ve had these tapes they know who’s on them and have done nothing to bring these people to Justice but will slap Trump with 91 felonies for essentially doing nothing but standing up to them.
