Stephanie, let me save you some time in regards to getting a patch to him. It is highly unlikely that an artist will accept gifts from fans if the event is large like an arena VIP meet-n-greet.

I am not sure what Rammstein's popularity is like in the US, but regardless of whether this would be an arena show or a smaller venue, there is security present to make sure nothing weird happens or god forbid somebody managed to sneak in something dangerous to hand off to an artist.

You have to account for up to 300 people or so having a few quick words, signing an autograph or two, and taking a picture in the span of time it takes for the opening acts to play before they were to go on. It's quick and a little chaotic and every single person who attends these has to be accounted for.

It is a nice gesture, but remember that artists are doing multiple shows on tours and sometimes do VIP M&Gs at every single one. A lot of the times this venue policy is in place because if people could give stuff willy nilly then they would have way too much shit to figure out what to do with.

Your odds would be better doing this for a smaller artist at a smaller venue. The patch getting into Till's hands is already unlikely and him reacting to it among a slew of other gifts is even more unlikely.

Pete needs to go back to the vet if his appetite is gone. Kidney disease tends to be comorbid with thyroid disease and/or heart disease, but both are easily treatable in cats in a variety of ways because they are such common problems for older cats. If Pete's appetite is really that lacking though and this goes untreated, he may start declining rapidly and die soon.

No one gives a shit if you slap some terrible phrase on a scrap of fabric with finger paints, because it doesn't actually mean anything. You can go on Etsy, type in "trans art" and get slapped in the face with a million listing that are infinitely better than anything she's ever shat out.

I'd actually argue that Staph has more potential to become an honest to god outsider artist than several of our other cows that also fancy themselves artists (Polissa). Her stuff is disturbing and grotesque but the blend of media used is enough to be of interest. I'm very intrigued by that Lilith piece and the use of encaustic, I wonder what the surface texture is like. She wouldn't even need to stay away from the weirdly gross and sexual - some collectors covet those things.

if she was willing to go large format, maybe integrate a white or a blue into her shades of brown, and really lean into the weird mixed-media aspect I could see her going somewhere. Or, if not that, her work getting discovered alongside her mummified corpse thirty years from now by a hotshot art dealer who makes millions off it meanwhile Dorito Man comes to life and starts killing people a la Velvet Buzzsaw.

I didn't understand the full context of why she inserted herself into a debate, but I stopped caring for context a long time ago, because her comments are barely related to what was being said. Alright, I haven’t completely caught up on Mizz Sapphire yet so I don’t know if the OP went ahead and posted this, but I bought her very special Dorito Man artwork some months back. It arrived in a beat up yellow mailer, and our girl did at least try to preserve the artwork by including a piece of cardboard in with the package. I don’t really mess with it much, it stays in the envelope it came in with my collection of other oddities and fun stuff I like to stash away. Here’s photos of everything that came included.
