I don't know where the idea that pork is kryptonite comes from. Muslims can eat pork their host offers, or eat pork if they are feeling malnourished.

I'm assuming racist Muzzies aka Jews have similar flexibility.

I think it has to do something that the pig has a soul and some animal of cleanliness. That and also they probably were cooking it wrong since undercooked pork can result in tapeworms and other diseases.

You would think all that would change now that we learn how to properly cook it. Kind of like how the Hindus worship cattle and refuse to eat them. You tell me.

They're considered ritually unclean. Halal only permits eating them (deliberately) if it's to save your life. Muslims who eat pork aren't observant. Whatever the original possibly health-related reason for it, it's now a religious reason.

Maybe it's just me but seeing part of the new Suicide Squad game where Harley (voiced by Tara) talks to ugly child Poison Ivy made me think Tara's voice acting has gotten a lot worse from Arkham City/Knight. Anyone else feel that way?

I haven't listened to the clip, but it wouldn't shock me. I never liked her Harley voice, it was painfully high-pitched and shrill. Any time she raised her voice it was like nails on a chalkboard.

Her Harley Quinn is just very limited as it's just her doing Vicky from fairly OddParents just with a more Brooklyn Yiddish voice, less like a psychiatrist turn killer clown and more like a rabbi's JAP (Jewish American Princess) spoiled daughter. I know she's no June Foley but even she had a much better range they miss Charendoff here.

She never voiced Vicky, that was Grey DeLisle. Her Harley was kind of just "sexy Timmy Turner" (enjoy that mental image) but I didn't hate it, and honestly I could hear Arleen Sorkin's voice aging in Asylum. Tara did okay in City and I actually think she was a little better in Knight. But in this Suicide Squad game she sounds how that version of Harley looks.
