What makes it funny is that he acted like an intellectual when anyone with a brain knows it’d be retarded to speak against the Ukrainian government while living in Ukraine during the invasion. Imagine if you will if someone actively spoke against the Russian government, the war, and then constantly streamed in Moscow while bragging about their superior intellect. It’s equally retarded.

100%, I didn't realize that was ever in doubt. CRP could not contain his excitement those first few streams after the war started watching his viewercount spike and he really believed he hit the jackpot when he was featured on that Russian news program. It's never about anything else other than money with CRP, it's been that way since he put himself on the internet.

But why stay in the Ukrainian controlled side? Just go to Russia or the parts of Donbas that are occupied. That way he would've not been arrested and could've pretended to be a frontlines journalist too.
It was beyond obvious that remaining in Ukrainian controlled territory while shitting on everything Ukrainian will not end well. It's like going to Mariupol now to stream your high IQ criticisms of Putin and the special military operation

Marketing. He was the only 'pundit' actually on the ground reporting from the war zone. If he would've left then he would've just been another one of a thousand people making stupid YT videos about Ukraine. That he was actually there with a war being fought in his town was the draw. The fact that he didn't leave demonstrates that it was more about money than anything else.

The only reason I sat through his shit was in the hope that I could watch the SBU kick in his door live.
