What a gift Bossman has been. Gambling addiction of this degree is astonishing to see, especially in such a well documented way. Never before have I seen someone so enslaved by an electronic source of dopamine.

What’s more terrifying is that he’s more or less living the gambler’s dream. Every streaming day is like a TV episode, with all the highs and lows he could need. I personally do not think he will make it to 40. There are several outcomes, such as getting killed over debts, overdosing on crack or fent, or just his body giving up after these 28 years of torture.
If he makes it to 40, he will be a wreck of a human having to wear diapers and shitting himself. There is no way he will stop any of these destructive activities, he is being actively enabled by his parents and viewers. He genuinely believes nothing he does is bad to him or people around him, is a master at coping and dodging any criticism(even from his Dad, who he calls a rat).
Only thing that could remotely help him would be getting kicked out and having to figure out how life really works. Rehabs did nothing because his parents just allow him to do whatever the fuck he wants and fund it.

If his parents don't throw him out and he avoids ingesting fentanyl tainted coke, absolutely. The kind of lifestyle diseases he is racking up are treatable as long as you've got access to healthcare, and I can't see his mom letting him suffer without health insurance. He might be on blood pressure meds and rocking multiple official diagnoses by 40 but doctors can easily keep him going in this current state until his 60's
