I think it's just the filter she's using on her phone. Look at how absurdly bright her face is and look at how bright her white pillow case is. Also it looks like it's shot at night cause she has all the hotel room lights on but despite that it's absurdly bright for the sun being down. Unless she turns on every fucking light when the sun is still up. It's all the same tricks every other insecure whore on the internet plays to hide their imperfections.

What do you bet she made this video the moment she set foot in her hotel room? Meaning that she spent 4 or so hours seething on a plane ride, getting shit faced out of her mind, drunk tweeting on Twitter, and thinking of ways to totally own Asmongold and his fans while Asmongold could give less of a fuck and is caring more about doing "massive dick damage" to a boss in a video game. Look up the definition of the word "felted" in the dictionary and Jamie Marchi's face will be right there.

The only thing that's frustrating is there's almost zero chance Jamie will be fired, or even reprimanded, for going to war on the general anime fanbase and also basically throwing localizers in general under the bus. She outright admitted most of them don't speak Japanese, which people assumed but there was never much evidence of. She's part of the "in crowd" so she's basically invincible if she keeps things at the levels they are now.

Claiming the people deliberately vandalizing another culture's media can't even speak the language they're debasing isn't the own this cunt thinks it is.

And that is what burns her the most. She HATES the fact that some attic gremlin like Asmongold who makes his money primarily playing video games and streaming it is more famous and influential then her. You can tell that it eats at her. Like all vapid cunts in this industry Jamie believes that she should be a household name and worshiped by all for voicing jack off material for creepy shut ins. Instead some attic gremlin playing World of Warcraft is more of a household name then her. What makes things worse is that said attic gremlin called her a dumb cunt to his millions of fans and now his millions of fans are pointing and laughing at her instead of worshipping her. If there is one sin that Jamie embodies it is Pride. It is all unearned and her pride prevents her from developing the humility to know when to walk away and take the loss. Instead she continues to debase herself in hopes of soothing her wounded pride. Which I am glad as it means more entertainment for us and her ruining her reputation.

That's exactly what I mean. She outed a bunch of localizers/translators as being entirely inept and just stoking this ongoing situation, but you can bet she won't even get a slap on the wrist over it or anything else.

Before Weeb Wars I wouldn't have recognized the names of any of these people, even Vic. I knew the characters they voiced but the VAs were a matter of the utmost indifference, especially since they were just the dub voices. I know a lot more Western animation VAs because they're usually the defining voice of the character, not just a substitution for subtitles for lazy people who can't read.

While I don't like the guy, imagine if Cr1TiKaL covers this and bashed the localizers. Dunno if this is the type of stuff he covered, but his audience and range is huge, it'd be a glorious disaster for Jamie.

Well Asmongold is getting hit hard now, don't know if it's related to this at all but the weebs are celebrating that already. Charlie hasn't been doing getting involved in much big online drama since the EDP thing it seems cause it can go both ways unless you're squeaky clean, and I doubt Charlie is.
