When that day comes, all it will take is for his mum or dad to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and we will have on our hands a criminal act.

Bossman jack wouldn't end up paying shit even if audited. They'd declare by default he owes taxes on his superchat donos, maybe his winnings, and then he will just file his return and show all of his gambling losses wiping out all his gains. He could probably even classify himself as a professional gambler given he has a stake sponsorship and all of his donations are for gambling, so he probably wouldn't even owe taxes on the donations.
If he's not keeping records that might bite him in the ass but those gambling sites probably generate reports and worse case scenario he can just go through the farms to reconstruct his daily finances. And they say the farms are a net negative for cows.
