That's why charities are for F A G S. But people don't care, most people give to charities to feel better about themselves not for any actual effect, that's why they spend 0 time researching and do shit like give money to a streamer to give to someone else. What possible benefit could that ever have? Literally 0. But now MUH STREAMER RECOGNIZES ME!!! muh streamer+muh feels=muh win
Volunteering is 100000% more useful to anything than charities are. And if you don't have time (or don't want to) but still care there's a billion places you can find out about poor families that want food or whatever. Even just go to a homeless shelter and hand out a gift card (specifically this because, depending on where you live of course, a decent amount of panhandlers you see in big cities aren't actually homeless)
