Every single person involved in the Natalia Grace situation is an evil liar. Not one of them is telling the full truth and every last one of them is guilty.
Natalia Grace was sold off into the international adoption market by her mother in Ukraine. She was sold off initially as an "investment baby" to a couple in the united states who intended to sell her on because she was a special needs dwarf baby.
They marketed her in an utterly cynical commercial way around to "little people" couples in the US who wanted a child just like them. But then they decided to sell her to a power couple who probably offered more money. The power couple had an autistic child who like many of them turned out to be good at one thing (math) and was fast-tracked as a child into college as a genius. The mother was convinced that she had super-powers to fix broken babies and therefore adopted the Ukrainian girl. She had also become an author and minor celebrity by that point through her skills at fixing her son's autism.
But the Ukrainian girl was a real physical and mental mess. Mom tried to turn her into another genius and it didn't work. Then she tried harder and things only got worse. The girl had a raft of the typical behavior problems. Her adoptive mother then got bored with her, the couple had her re-aged to be 22 (therefore legally on her own) and placed her in an apartment to live on her own. They abandoned her. She was later proved not to be anywhere close to 22.
She didn't get along with her neighbors for various reasons and got kicked out of her apartment. So they moved her to a shit place where nobody cared what she did. She then fell in with a total nigger and a white woman whose grift was getting government money for raising lots of children. They cared about the girl so much that the first thing they did was make sure that all the government money owed her was transferred over to be paid to them.
Then the nigger and the woman did exactly what you expect them to do. They saw the freak show potential of the girl and got her on TV with Dr. Phil. That got media attention and then local prosecutors & police started seeing their own grift potential in the child. Then it went to the courts. Then it went to hours and hours of TV documentaries with everyone making money along the way.
The entire system of for-profit adoption that got her from Ukraine to the US is evil.
The adoptive parents are both monsters. Re-aging the girl to be exactly 22 (where their legal responibilty for her ends) and then abandoning her to live on her own is really evil. The adoptive parents divorced each other and each paint the other as being an evil abuser. I don't find either of them trustworthy in anything they say.
The doctors and the judge who were involved in her re-aging to 22 deserve to be held to account. But are untouchable.
The black guy (now a self-proclaimed bishop) and his women are bad people. The girl (Natalia Grace) seems nothing more than a way for them to make money and get on TV.
One of the police who cared ever so much for the girl (Natalia Grace) rode the case all the way into the sheriffs office.
The documentary filmmakers attached to all this are totally focused on cynical exploitation of everyone involved. They are bad people too. The documentaries are designed to manipulate the audience by selectively telling the story first one way excluding many facts and then telling it a different way including more (but still not all of the facts).
The girl (Natalia Grace) is not the little innocent angel that people try to imagine her as being. She probably had and has a whole large set of mental and physical problems that made her an extremely difficult child to raise. That doesn't excuse anything the parents did. But its a matter of honesty about the situation.
