This has no lead up. She may have begun this line of thought in the stream otherwise this came right out of no where.
It is no less alarming

She says she is seeing things dart from the corner of her eye. Hearing voices.

This better not be her new lie for attention, Lily.
I hate to power level but as someone who does experience hallucinations her posts read as very 'I'm 13 and I just discovered what schizophrenia is'.
Her initial response to the anon asking her to review her relationships with the people around her had nothing to do with hallucinations, but I do legitimately think she's also wrong about her point "gaslighting is not known to cause hallucinations'. When I experience hallucinations it's usually because I'm incredibly paranoid. I get scared people are in my home or out to get me and it gets worse if I'm under the influence of any type of depressant. My hallucinations feed my paranoia and make it worse, I hear people talking all around me but no one is there. It's terrifying and it doesn't stop. You know what would make me extremely paranoid? Gaslighting. If I truly felt someone was trying to routinely deny my reality, that would make me extremely paranoid and would lead to hallucinations. I think she's wrong, I think hallucinations can very easily be brought on by gaslighting, I just don't think she has truly experienced either.
Her post describing what she sees/hears only makes her hallucinations seem more fake. I don't know if she legitimately thinks she has hallucinations, but lets give her the benefit of the doubt and say she does. Lot of people think they do when what they are experiencing is something else entirely.
Things darting out of the corner of my eyes,
This could be a visual hallucination but it may also be an underlying symptom of an ocular disease or degeneration. Seeing a paranoia induced entity is much different from seeing a black blob move in the corner of your vision. The 'darting' may be what most people call 'floaters' which are little black and white dots that shoot and float across someones vision, they're rather common and happen with age even if you have 'perfect' vision. I have never truly experienced visual hallucinations (thank god) but I think every paranoid person has seen 'something move' out of the corner of their eyes once or twice.
hearing Strange noises as I'm waking up,
this could be an auditory hallucination or it could simply be her brain trying to wake up. When you're coming out of a state of unconsciousness it's normal for things not to feel or sound right, waking up from deep sleep is disorienting sometimes, but not what I would consider a true auditory hallucination. She also is not describing what she hears at all? And I feel like I just have to point out, if it's scratching in your walls that you hear, Lily, those are rodents.
hearing someone call my name, shit like that.
I've never had auditory hallucinations like this and i cant say she didn't as it's a very common. In fact it's so common it can just be brought on by stress, no underlying disease or mental thing happening. The human brain does a lot of things to help us try to cope and hearing your name when no one was speaking to you is one of those normal things it may do under high stress situations. It's incredibly common especially if you are just waking up, because once again your brain is not at it's full functioning ability.
Over all none of her supposed hallucinations seem to be anything out of the ordinary for someone under stress. Let's face it, Lily is constantly stressed out, does she bring it upon herself? Absolutely, but it doesn't take away from it regardless. If she is truly having these symptoms I'd say the best thing for her would to be to genuinely take like 3 months off of the internet and spend time with her wife. That would probably be the best for her.
But this is Lily, to me this just all reads as 'Stop talking incest, I'm totally not into incest, and don't even think about bringing up why I don't live with my wife despite having the money. Look!!! I have hallucinations, I may be schizophrenic now so u can't hold me accountable to my thoughts or delusions.' I mean how convenient is it that she can just go to the doctor and get some medicine and her paranoia and hallucinations are magically gone forever and don't effect any other aspect of her life or how she behaves and acts around others!!
