Seems way worse than last time if you ask me. The last time was just a brief loss of consciousness due to coughing. I've seen that happen to potheads who were otherwise healthy individuals (as in not fat and unhealthy like Mersh). I've never seen someone go full blown retarded and be unable to speak for like a minute straight like this.

I can't say for sure that Mersh is having a stroke, but that would by my most immediate concern given the signs, most notably rapid change in speech and frustration at not being able to form words.
FAST - Face: drooping, paralysis, numbness Arms: inability to raise arms, weakness, numbness, Speech: slurred, inability, incomplete Time: time is of the essence and 911 should be called immediately.

Silent strokes are asymptomatic, hence the asymptomatic cerebral infarction name. The danger is that they're strokes that affect the brain in areas that show no symptoms, such as speech and motor skills. This causes parts of the brain to die (infarction), causing lesions (damaged or abnormal tissue) in the brain. It also increases risk of stroke and transient ischemic attacks (TIA, aka: mini stroke), the latter of which is most likely what Mersh was having. It's pretty common for strokes to occur after a cardiac infarction and it's not uncommon for patients to have to remain in-hospital because they have a stroke before they can be discharged. TIAs are pretty wild to behold. Person is fine, then suddenly may not be able to speak at all or just speaks total gibberish, sometimes synesthesia will happen and they'll report being able to smell numbers or they'll try to walk out the door and start walking sideways instead of forwards. TIAs are notably because they only last for a few minutes and then the patient will be fine a few hours later. Risk is, there is a high likelihood of a severe stroke after a TIA.

Anyways, telling him to stfu and put his heaphones back on is the wrong movie. Homey looked like he had a TIA and that's bad. He needs to go to a doctor ASAP and hope he doesn't have a stroke in his sleep and die.

Mersh is a faggot who deserves a more agonizing death than dying in his sleep. One of his retard fans reached out to him and offered to help if he needed assistance with finding a doctor or anything. Mersh’s response was to roast the guy on stream for “getting attached to internet people.” Which Mersh is absolutely fine with when he needs money and begging on GFM.

Jim is being downright restrained by not dragging him at length for this.
